Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Merlino.
Hi Jessica, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My path into the wellness and biotechnology space was far from traditional. I began my career in educational technology sales in New York, where I learned how to communicate value, build relationships, and adapt in fast-paced environments. When the pandemic hit, it became a turning point that led me to South Florida and ultimately, to discovering the power of frequency medicine.
What started as curiosity quickly evolved into purpose. After experiencing the technology firsthand and seeing its incredible potential, I partnered with a lead engineer who has over 30 years of research and development in the field of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. Together, we began shaping the next evolution of this science. Transforming it into a luxurious, regenerative experience unlike anything else on the market.
That vision became Infinity Clinics, and at its heart is Digital Electromagnetic Pulse (DEMP) Technology. Our proprietary full-body regenerative therapy bed. This system surrounds the body in a three-foot cocoon of pulsed electromagnetic energy, recharging cells, revitalizing mitochondria, and stimulating deep repair. What sets it apart is its precision. It can target organs, muscle, tissue, bone, and even brain health all through a relaxing, non-invasive session that feels as good as it is restorative. The benefits are very similar to receiving full body stem cells and our clients healing potential has been ground-breaking.
In the last year, we’ve built remarkable momentum. We showcased our newest model at the NFL Hall of Fame event in Canton, Ohio, where we connected with members of the NFL Players Association, and are now exploring exciting opportunities within professional athletics and recovery spaces. We’ve also just opened our luxury wellness showroom and clinic in North Miami, located on the top floor of Warren Henry Auto Group’s corporate headquarters, where luxury vehicles meet luxury wellness.
Building this company from the ground up has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. There were moments of uncertainty, long nights, and countless lessons, but the mission has always stayed clear: to empower people with the tools and technology to help their bodies heal and thrive naturally.
Today, Infinity Clinics stands at the intersection of biotechnology, design, and human potential and we’re just getting started.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not. I think most entrepreneurs would agree that the path is rarely smooth and mine has been no exception. When I first came to South Florida to start building this company, I didn’t have a network, a team, or even a place to live long term. It was just me, a vision, and a Honda Civic full of everything I owned. I truly believed I could have a thriving business in three months… and let’s just say, reality had other plans.
There were months when rent was uncertain, and moments when the exhaustion felt overwhelming. We made the decision early on to bootstrap the company and fund everything ourselves, which meant constant creative problem-solving and an unshakable belief in what we were building. Looking back, those early struggles were some of the most important parts of the journey. They taught me resilience, humility, and how to operate from purpose even when progress was slow.
Building a company in the biotech and wellness space requires balancing science, education, and trust. All while developing something more advanced than anything on the market in its class. There were times when I had to wear every hat imaginable: marketer, salesperson, operations, and even product tester. But every challenge pushed me to become stronger and more resourceful.
Now, standing where we are with the launch of our North Miami luxury showroom, new collaborations with professional athletes, and a technology that’s changing how people think about regeneration. Those early struggles feel like the foundation that made all of this possible.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At Infinity Clinics, we specialize in regenerative wellness, merging biotechnology and personalized care to help the body heal, repair, and perform at its highest potential. Our focus is on cellular health… supporting the body’s natural intelligence to restore balance, vitality, and longevity from within.
We’re proud to be the company introducing DEMP Technology, the evolution of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. This energy-based system works by recharging the cells and revitalizing the mitochondria. By reigniting the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Our signature innovation, the Empyrean, is a full-body regenerative therapy bed that surrounds the body in a three-foot cocoon of pulsed electromagnetic energy. It’s designed to promote deep restoration, not only for muscles and joints, but also for organs, tissue, bone, and brain health all through a deeply restorative and non-invasive experience.
The name Empyrean was chosen with intention. In ancient philosophy, the Empyrean was known as the highest heaven. The realm of pure fire and light, believed to be the dwelling place of the divine. We couldn’t think of a more fitting name for a technology that returns the power of energy and regeneration back into our clients’ hands.
The feedback we’ve received has been extraordinary. Many describe the experience as unlike anything they’ve ever felt before. A sense of calm, vitality, and clarity that carries into their daily lives. What’s even more exciting is how seamlessly the Empyrean complements other wellness modalities, including peptides, IVs, and advanced recovery therapies. It amplifies their effects by energizing the body at a foundational level, much like the benefits of full-body stem cell treatments, but completely non-invasively. We’re essentially helping the body activate its own stem-cell production, reduce inflammation, and repair what needs healing. The body is incredibly intelligent, it just needs the right energetic support.
What sets us apart is our commitment to luxury, precision, and purpose. We’ve elevated regenerative technology into an experience that feels as exquisite as it is effective. Our newly opened North Miami luxury showroom and clinic, located on the top floor of Warren Henry Auto Group’s corporate headquarters, embodies that vision. It is a place where innovation meets elegance, and wellness meets artful design.
We’re also forming exciting collaborations with members of the NFL Players Association and professional athletes who are integrating DEMP Technology into their performance and recovery programs.
At its core, Infinity Clinics stands at the intersection of science, design, and human potential. What we’re most proud of is not just the technology itself, but what it represents: a new paradigm for regeneration and longevity, and a reminder that true wellness begins with energy.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is impact. Helping people reconnect to their body’s natural intelligence and reminding them of what’s truly possible when the body has the right environment to heal.
We live in a world where so many people have forgotten what it feels like to feel good. We’ve become inundated with pharmaceuticals, putting band-aids on symptoms, and foods filled with chemicals. Energy, clarity, and vitality have become rare luxuries when they should be our norm. What drives me every day is the belief that the human body is not broken, it’s brilliant. It just needs the right kind of support.
Through Infinity Clinics and the development of the Empyrean, my mission has always been to give that power back to people. Whether it’s a client walking out feeling renewed, or a practitioner realizing what’s possible through our technology, those are the moments that matter.
I also deeply value integrity, collaboration, and purpose-driven growth. This company was built through persistence, humility, and faith – not shortcuts. Every challenge along the way has been a reminder that when you lead with vision and service, the right opportunities unfold. I pinch myself everyday when I think about how blessed I have been on this journey.
Ultimately, what matters most is knowing that what we’re building is bigger than a business. It’s about contributing to a shift in how we view health, energy, and longevity. Moving from symptom management to true, intelligent regeneration.
