Iani Silveira, MSN, FNP-BC, CPN, is the founder and visionary behind Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness, one of Miami’s premier destinations for concierge medical aesthetics and regenerative wellness. A master injector, family nurse practitioner, expert trainer, and innovator in the field, Iani has built her career around helping clients rediscover confidence through personalized, results-driven care grounded in trust.
Born and raised in Miami to Brazilian immigrant parents, Iani’s passion for medicine began early. She initially aspired to become a pediatrician, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spring Hill College before returning home to work on the neurology floor at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. After gaining further experience at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, she realized she wanted greater autonomy in patient care—leading her to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and pursue a more holistic, hands-on approach to medicine.
Iani’s transition into aesthetics was driven by her love of injecting and her belief that aesthetic medicine, when done thoughtfully, can be both transformative and empowering. In 2015, she opened Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness, blending aesthetics with wellness and regenerative medicine long before it became an industry trend. Her work as a national travel trainer for U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. further shaped her expertise, allowing her to assist practices across the country while deepening her understanding of healing, recovery, and innovation.
As her concierge clientele grew—from Miami to New York Fashion Week and beyond—Iani followed her passion for body sculpting, ultimately developing and patenting a groundbreaking, nonsurgical buttock enhancement technique. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most entrepreneurs in medicine, I faced challenges early on—from navigating the business side of healthcare to earning trust in a highly competitive industry. Building Bella Vida required wearing many hats at once while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. There were moments of uncertainty, long hours, and constant learning, especially as I pushed into innovative, nonsurgical treatments that didn’t yet have a clear roadmap. However, those challenges ultimately shaped my approach. They reinforced the importance of resilience, education, and staying grounded in my values. Every obstacle became an opportunity to refine my vision, strengthen my expertise, and build something truly meaningful for both my patients and my community.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding the right mentor and building a strong network starts with being intentional and genuinely curious. My biggest advice is to seek out people whose work you truly respect—not just for their success, but for how they practice, teach, and treat others. Mentorship is built on trust and consistency, not transactions, so showing up prepared, asking thoughtful questions, and being willing to learn goes a long way.
What has worked best for me is surrounding myself with experts who challenge me to think deeper and elevate my standards. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors, including Dr. Roberta Del Campo, a dermatologist in North Miami, and Dr. Jessie Cheung, a dermatologist based in Chicago, both of whom have influenced my approach to aesthetics, skin health, and patient care. I also look to Dr. Jonathan Sykes, a world-renowned plastic surgeon and expert anatomist in Beverly Hills, whose depth of anatomical knowledge has been invaluable to my clinical growth. He has been both a mentor I continue to learn from and the surgeon who performed my blepharoplasty, which further reinforced my trust in his expertise and perspective.
From a networking standpoint, I believe relationships grow best when they’re authentic. Attend conferences, engage in conversations, follow up, and don’t be afraid to ask for guidance—but always bring value, humility, and respect for others’ time. The most meaningful connections I’ve made have come from shared passion, mutual respect, and a commitment to excellence.
