As a small business operating on a national scale, we faced the dual challenge of building a reliable supply and distribution network while simultaneously developing a fully functional digital infrastructure. Coordinating logistics across multiple regions, ensuring consistent product availability, and adapting to the fast-moving demands of e-commerce required constant problem-solving and rapid adaptation. Balancing these operational demands with the technical complexities of running an online platform made the process particularly challenging, but also profoundly instructive.

All customer and supplier relationships are personally managed by us, the owners.
