Hi Emely, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Thank you for the opportunity! I am the Founder and Creative Director at The Posh Mama Club.
I opened the company in 2018 after experiencing loneliness, anxiety and near depression that came in transitioning into motherhood. There’s no book, nothing that can prepare you for what comes. The old friendships that disappear, your physical and mental change, your new role…
I would stare in the mirror feeling unrecognizable, alone, slightly confused on where the former me had gone. I began my quest on finding my tribe, my “mom” friends. My finds were the same across the board, I didn’t seem to truly fit in any of the groups.
It was as if I needed to give up on who I was in order to fit the socially acceptable mold. I began to realize how many misunderstood likeminded mom felt the same! Between the spit ups, my unwashed mom bun held up with loads of dry shampoo, I didn’t understand why I was being judge for wanting to feel like myself again, even for an hour.
In 2018, The Posh Mama Club was born.
As mom’s our day to day is insanely hectic and we all deserve to feel pampered, beautiful and empowered between the hectic role of parenting. Each event is carefully curated with a posh experience in mind because we all deserve a little glam & glitz between the sweats, tantrums, mom buns.™
TPMC has expanded and rooted its HQ in Naples, Florida, with its Founding chapter re-opening in Tri-County in 2022, serving like-minded mamas throughout Naples, Broward, Miami and Palm Beach County.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Like most start up’s it has been trial and error, learning curves and staying strong against all odds. You have to stay strong on the overall mission and cause… no matter the criticism that may come your way. TPMC was created due to the lack of, so when you create something that is breaking stigmas, making groundbreaking moves and going against the norm of what is expected from a mom “support” organization, there will come misconception and misunderstandings.
But with those misunderstandings come the members who have felt misunderstood, lost and excited to become a part of something bigger than all of us.

Breaking the Stigma that comes with Mamahood. There is a lack of support that is solely focused on the mother’s morale.
