Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story has always been about seeing opportunities where others see roadblocks. I started my career in the legal profession in 2002, working for private law firms as well as the judiciary which gave me the structure and discipline to understand how businesses really operate — the rules, the risks, and the details that matter. But I also knew I wasn’t built to sit still in a narrow lane. I wanted to create solutions, not just identify problems. That drive pushed me to launch The Lynch Consultants Group. Fast forward to today, we’ve built a reputation for doing exactly that. We’ve been extremely fortunate to be recognized as the “Best Business Development Consultancy Firm – South Florida 2025” by <i>Wealth & Finance International </i>and named a “Best of 2025″ Business for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction” by <i style=””>Business Rate</i>. But the truth is, those awards really reflect the trust our clients put in us. I got here by never being afraid to jump, even when the landing wasn’t guaranteed. I don’t like the word “no.” If there’s a wall, I find the door. If there’s no door, I build one. That mindset has carried me — and my clients — to where we are today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone who said it was. Building a consultancy from the ground up means you wear every hat: strategist, marketer, accountant, even IT when the printer won’t cooperate. In the early days, the challenge was convincing people that one person with a vision could compete with larger firms. I had to prove that results matter more than headcount. There were also personal challenges — long nights, missed weekends, and the reality that entrepreneurship doesn’t come with a safety net. Add to that the constant curveballs: shifting markets, difficult clients, and the occasional unexpected crisis.
But here’s the thing: those obstacles shaped how we operate today. They taught me persistence, forced me to get creative, and made me realize that transparency and trust with clients are non-negotiable. The road wasn’t smooth, but the bumps made us sharper, tougher, and more committed to delivering results no matter what.
