Hi, I’m Delores Williams, and I’m proud to be one of the leading REALTORS® in South Florida. Real estate has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I started in this field at just 13 years old, helping my family process mortgages. That early experience ignited my interest in real estate and gave me a strong foundation in the industry. By the age of 20, I was working at a real estate law firm as a real estate paralegal, a role I began in 1997.
I’m currently a Broker Associate at Platinum Preferred Realty, one of the top real estate companies in the area. With over 30 years of professional experience, I’ve built a reputation for reliability, expertise, and genuinely caring for my clients. Whether it’s buying a first home, selling a property, or making a smart investment, I take pride in tailoring my approach to fit each client’s unique needs.
Living and working in Miami has been such a privilege. This city has so much to offer, and I love helping my clients find their perfect place here. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know the local market inside and out, which allows me to provide guidance that clients trust and value. My motto, “Looking to buy, rent, invest, or sell… Call Del,” really speaks to my approach – I’m here to help, no matter the goal.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the challenges in my profession is navigating the ever-changing real estate market. It’s always evolving, and staying ahead means constantly adapting to new trends, regulations, and economic shifts.
Another challenge, but also a rewarding aspect, is helping renters realize their potential to become homeowners. Many don’t see it as an achievable goal at first, but guiding them through the process and showing them what’s possible is incredibly fulfilling.
For current homeowners, it’s about helping them take that next step—whether it’s upgrading to their dream home or exploring opportunities to purchase investment properties. Each situation is unique, and my role is to provide the right tools and insights to make those decisions confidently.
And when it comes to investors, the challenge is helping them build a portfolio that truly meets its full potential. It’s about identifying the right opportunities and ensuring their investments align with both their short-term and long-term goals. While it requires a lot of focus and strategy, seeing their vision come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I’m a proud Miami native, one of six children, and the daughter of immigrants. Family is everything to me – I’m deeply dedicated to my loved ones, close friends, and the freedom that comes with building a life you’re proud of.
In my work, I specialize in luxury sales, first-time homebuyers, and military relocation sales and purchases. Helping people find their place, whether it’s their first home, a dream property, or a fresh start in a new location, is something I take to heart.
What truly sets me apart is my background. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as a real estate paralegal for nearly 25 years, giving me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and technical aspects of real estate. Combined with my 35 years of experience in the field, I bring a level of expertise and insight that’s hard to match.
Above all, what I’m most proud of is my son, who serves as a Sergeant in the Air Force. Watching him serve his country with such dedication inspires me every day and reminds me why I love helping military families find their homes.
