Ana, we loved learning your story, but I think our audience is going to appreciate learning about the services you provide as well. So, maybe you can help bring everyone up to speed?
Thank you so much for having me again! I’m thrilled to dive into the details of what I do. My work centers around Conscious Integration Therapy, a holistic approach that blends neuroscience, Gestalt Therapy, plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, and channeling to guide individuals on a profound journey of healing, connection, and growth.

What Inspired Me
The inspiration for this work came from my own transformative experiences. I realized that while many therapies focus on one dimension of healing, there was a gap in approaches that integrate science with ancient wisdom. I saw the potential for a service that not only addresses emotional and mental health but also nurtures the spirit and body. This sparked my passion for creating a method that bridges the gap between the esoteric and the scientific, the modern and the ancestral.

Key Components
Conscious Integration Therapy consists of:

Neuroscience-backed practices to create sustainable behavioral and emotional change.
Gestalt Therapy, which encourages clients to fully embody and process their emotions in the present.
Plant medicine and ancestral wisdom to reconnect with nature and ancient healing practices.
Channeling, where I guide clients to tap into their intuition and higher self for deeper insights.

The Problem It Solves
Many people today feel fragmented—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. They struggle with anxiety, fear, and a sense of disconnection from themselves and others. Conventional approaches often fail to address this fragmentation holistically. Conscious Integration Therapy fills that gap by offering a comprehensive way to heal and grow, fostering alignment across mind, body, and spirit.

What makes this approach unique is the integration of opposites: science with spirituality, modern techniques with ancient traditions, and our own masculine and feminine energies. This combination makes the service especially powerful for individuals seeking a multi-dimensional approach to their healing—those who are open to exploring both evidence-based practices and transformative ancient wisdom.

This service is ideal for:

Individuals seeking healing from anxiety, trauma, or burnout.
Those feeling a lack of purpose or connection in life.
Clients curious about integrating plant medicine and ancestral practices into their personal growth journey.
In essence, Conscious Integration Therapy is for those brave enough to go deeper and align with their true selves.

Can you paint a picture for prospective clients of what they can expect if they work with you?
The typical turnaround time for noticeable results varies depending on the individual and their specific needs. Some clients experience profound shifts in as little as one session, particularly when working with tools like breathwork, Gestalt Therapy, or plant medicine integration. Others, especially those seeking deeper, long-term transformation, may benefit from several weeks or months of consistent engagement.

Clients often report feeling a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection after working with me. They begin to notice:

Emotional breakthroughs, such as reduced anxiety and fear.
Improved self-awareness, with a clearer understanding of their thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors.
Enhanced alignment, integrating their masculine and feminine energies for greater inner harmony.
Physical and spiritual rejuvenation, particularly through practices like ancestral medicine and channeling.

Imagine this: You begin the process feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Many clients describe it as having a “ball of yarn” in their head—tangled and overwhelming. Through Conscious Integration Therapy, the knots begin to loosen. They feel the freedom to take new actions in life, bravely say “no” when needed, and build healthy boundaries. They feel freer, lighter, and more empowered to thrive and love life.

Over time, you find a sense of wholeness—your relationships improve, your mind becomes clearer, and you feel empowered to embrace life with confidence and peace. This work isn’t just about resolving problems; it’s about creating a foundation for lasting growth and transformation. For prospective clients, I like to say: “Come as you are, but be ready to discover the incredible version of yourself waiting to emerge.”

Is there a core message, value or ethos you are trying to communicate through your branding and marketing?
Absolutely. The core message behind my branding and marketing is rooted in the idea of integration—bringing together seemingly opposite forces to create balance and wholeness. Whether it’s blending science with spirituality, masculine with feminine energies, or modern techniques with ancestral wisdom, the essence of my work is to help people reconnect with their full selves. This is why my branding emphasizes words like conscious, blending, and integration.

At the heart of my work are values like:

Authenticity: Empowering people to embrace their true selves, free from societal or self-imposed constraints.
Balance: Guiding individuals to integrate all parts of themselves—mind, body, and spirit—for a harmonious life.
Transformation: Helping people reframe pain as information, bravely face their fears, release suffering, and use those experiences to create a new, empowered version of themselves.
Gratitude: Supporting clients in raising their vibration to gratitude for the process, cultivating love and connection.
The Ethos in Action
Through my branding, I aim to communicate that healing and growth aren’t about perfection but about embracing the journey of becoming whole. I invite people to go deeper, untangle what’s holding them back, and use their challenges as stepping stones toward personal transformation. The goal is not just to heal but to elevate—to shift from pain to gratitude, from fear to love, and from disconnection to profound connection.

In every post, workshop, and service, I aim to convey this ethos: You are already whole, but together, we can bring all the pieces into alignment, so you can live with freedom, clarity, and joy.

Do you have any advice for folks who are just starting out?
For those just starting out, my biggest advice is to embrace the process and trust your journey. Whether you’re starting a new career, a personal transformation, or diving into self-discovery, remember that growth isn’t linear—it’s a series of steps, some forward, some backward, but all leading to your evolution.

Key Pieces of Advice:
Start Before You Feel Ready: Many people wait for the “perfect” moment to begin, but that moment rarely comes. Perfection isn’t the goal—progress is. Start small, stay consistent, and watch your confidence grow.

Cultivate Curiosity Over Fear: Instead of fearing failure or judgment, approach everything as a learning experience. Ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?” or “How does this bring me closer to where I want to be?”

Be Brave Enough to Face Discomfort: Growth often requires stepping out of your comfort zone and facing fears head-on. Pain, challenges, and even failures carry valuable information. Use them as tools to build resilience and clarity about your path.

Connect with Your “Why”: Keep your purpose front and center. When challenges arise—and they will—reconnecting with why you started will fuel your motivation and keep you moving forward.

Seek Community and Support: Whether it’s a mentor, coach, or a supportive group, surround yourself with people who inspire and uplift you. Having guidance and connection makes all the difference.

Celebrate Small Wins: Transformation is made up of small, consistent victories. Acknowledge and celebrate every step forward—it builds momentum and keeps your mindset positive.

Finally, remember this: The only person you’re competing with is the version of you from yesterday. Be patient with yourself, show up consistently, and believe in your ability to grow. Starting out isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being persistent.
