Exploring Life & Business with Yanet Pajaro of Clean Ready

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yanet Pajaro.

Yanet Pajaro

Hi Yanet, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m from Venezuela, and with a degree in business administration. I arrived at Miami in 2018, my arrival led me to learn about different occupations, to learn about the circumstances, and to get the most out of any situation. From that learning was born Clean Ready Miami, my current business.

In my 41 years, I have undertaken more than 12 business in 4 countries, I can say that I have a magic formula that has allowed me to live from my entrepreneurship the last 12 years.

In my experience: academic training, passion, and experience, alongside some failures from which I have been able to capitalize, have formed my criteria at the time to make decisions and to give advises to other entrepreneurs.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The principal struggle I deal with today is the language barrier. Learning English as not been an easy task for me, however I understand that, and like many other things, I have looked for business patterns that known English.

My recommendation is to always look for help from people that know about what you lack, surrounding yourself with people that can help you is always a great way to work.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Clean Ready Miami is a business that was born with only $60. It is a business that works with cleaning and maintenance of homes. Clean Ready Miami is a cleaning services based on the Oosuji method. A method that makes that renews a room’s energy and gives an organized space to feel calm and connected with yourself.

My passion for business and entrepreneur has been with me since I was 6 years old. However, what makes Clean Ready Miami this successful is our organizational culture. We work with teams that look out for our clients and for ourselves. That’s why we won two awards last year: Emprendedor Latino and Emprendimiento Lider Trabajo en Equipo.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
In my journey to success, I have discovered that having balance between work, my passion and my family is what brings me happiness. That’s why I practice full presence in each area and activity I have.

My objective is to never mix my work with my other activities. I have created strategies and mechanism with my team. I’m not saying is easy, but whenever I see them work I feel extremely successful.
