Hi Tony, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Like all immigrants in this beautiful country, I arrived from Cuba when I was 22 years old looking for the American dream. I worked in many good and bad places. Many years passed and I decided to open my own business and I spent many hours on the internet looking for something to open in Miami, where there is a market saturated with all kinds of businesses until finally my wife and I found the Hong Kong Bubble Waffles.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like all entrepreneurship, the path has not been easy. We learn new things every day. Once we were closed for 15 days because we made a bad electrical connection and the power generator burned out.
We’ve been impressed with Crazy Bubble Waffle, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
