Exploring Life & Business with Tiffany Taylor of Coach Tiffany Taylor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Taylor.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I built my career doing what I was good at: scaling businesses, hitting numbers, being the person people could hand a problem to and trust it would get solved. By 2019, I was managing operations for a global coffee manufacturing company, headed toward a million dollars in revenue, living in a dream ocean-view apartment in South Beach, six weeks of paid vacation, a company car, trips to Europe. On paper, it was the life. And I remember saying, more than once, “my soul feels like it’s dying” I didn’t even know what that meant yet. I just knew something was wrong underneath something that looked completely right.

That April, I burned out so badly I ended up in the hospital, on bed rest for a week. I didn’t believe in burnout before that happened to me. I was only 21 and genuinely thought that was something that happened to older people. I quit the following month. And instead of figuring out my next move from a place of clarity, I did the only thing that felt true: I sold everything I owned and got on a one-way flight to Thailand.

I went to train Muay Thai and figure out what I actually wanted out of life, away from the noise. What I didn’t expect was to get hit by a car while riding my motorcycle a few months later. Surviving that is what actually cracked everything open. Lying there, I understood in a way I never had before that life is short, and none of us are here by accident. I knew, without question, that my purpose was to help people heal from what happened to them so they could reach what they were actually capable of.

The borders closed two weeks later because of COVID, so Thailand became a season of forced stillness I never would have chosen for myself, but needed completely. I got certified as an NLP practitioner that September and launched my business that November.

For a long time, my “why” was freedom. I wanted time, travel, and money to enjoy life fully. I got all of it, and I remember realizing that goal had come from a fairly selfish place because once I had it, I still wasn’t fulfilled.

What actually changed everything was losing my friend Rohan. He was one of the most brilliant, kind-hearted people I’ve ever known — spent all his time learning, building, taking calls across every time zone, chasing a future in venture capital. We used to talk for hours about strategy, growth, productivity. Eight months after one of those conversations, he took his own life. And every bit of what we’d talked about — the strategies, the hustle, the plans — meant nothing.

After that, I made a decision: I would never help anyone build a business again without first addressing their spiritual alignment, their identity, their mental wealth. Business without wholeness isn’t success. It’s just a well-funded way of staying stuck.

Everything I’ve built since exists because of that decision. I moved back to Miami Beach in 2021, and now my purpose is in how many people I can help become who God created them to be, so they can create the impact they were actually designed to make.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I started as a scientist and researcher by nature. Anything spiritual repelled me. I invested over $50,000 in my own coaching and certifications, trusting frameworks and data over faith. What I didn’t yet understand was the connection between spirit and mind. I was trying to solve a spiritual problem with a purely mental toolkit, and couldn’t figure out why the transformation wasn’t consistently producing peace.

Before that, I’d already built and closed a personal branding agency. I didn’t enjoy running the operations side of it, and I was honest enough to shut it down rather than force it. After getting baptized, I stepped back from content and coaching for almost two years while I studied scripture intently from different angles and lenses. Coming back meant rebuilding trust with a cold audience from scratch, with a brand new belief system.

And then I lost my friend to suicide, the moment that made me question whether achievement meant anything at all, and rebuilt what I was willing to build my business around.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run The Renewed Mind, where I work as a faith and identity transformation coach for high-achieving believers — entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and leaders who feel called to more but keep getting in their own way. My clients aren’t lacking ambition or intelligence. They’re successful by every external measure. What they’re missing is alignment between their faith, their identity, and the life they’re actually building.

What I specialize in is going beneath the surface-level mindset work that most people have already tried. I’m a Master NLP Practitioner and transformational speaker, and my approach applies biblical truth to subconscious identity work, and deep personal coaching through what I call the MIRROR Method™ — a five-step process for reaching soul-level alignment, not just surface-level performance.
What sets me apart is refusing to separate faith from transformation.

Most coaching either stays purely psychological or purely spiritual, rarely both, working together. I believe fear, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and self-sabotage almost always have a spiritual root, not just a mental one, and you can’t fully resolve a spiritual pattern with mindset tools alone. My work integrates scripture, prayer strategy, and spiritual alignment directly into the coaching process, not as an afterthought.

My core offer is The KAIROS Experience™ — a one-day, 5-to-7-hour intensive built for people who are done with incremental progress and ready for real breakthrough. It includes a personalized prayer strategy, a custom subconscious reprogramming meditation, a podcast feature, and follow-up coaching support.

What I’m proudest of are my clients who walk away with a renewed identity — not a better version of who they were, but who God actually created them to become. If there’s one thing I want people to know about my brand, it’s that success without soul-level alignment isn’t success. It’s just a well-funded way of staying stuck and living in dysfunction..

Any big plans?
I’m most excited about growing my impact with speaking opportunities and my YouTube channel. Speaking has always been where I feel most alive. There’s nothing like standing in front of a room and watching someone’s posture change in real time as a belief they’ve carried for years finally loosens its grip. I want to be on more stages, reaching more of the people who are quietly stuck and don’t yet know why.

YouTube is the next extension of that same mission, just built for scale. I want to build a library of teaching people can return to, content that helps someone identify the hidden identity patterns keeping them stuck, long before they ever get on a call with me. It’s not about growing an audience for its own sake. It’s about making this message reach people who need it and would never otherwise find their way to a coach.

Beyond that, I’m continuing to build out The KAIROS Experience™ and the rest of my offer suite, but the throughline for everything ahead is the same as it’s always been: more reach, more depth, and more people stepping fully into who they were created to be.
