Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefanos Christou
Hi Stefanos, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey into entrepreneurship began early. At 21, I can now proudly say that I have established two companies: Next Level Data and Soneverse. Both of these ventures were born from my passion for data and digital marketing, as well as my desire to address some of the challenges I noticed businesses were facing in Cyprus and beyond.
Next Level Data was my first major venture, and I focused on helping businesses use data analytics to make better marketing decisions. I’ve always believed that data can unlock significant growth opportunities, and this belief drove the early success of the company.
With that experience, I co-founded Soneverse (along with an investor), which provides innovative SEO solutions by offering pre-optimized subpages that allow businesses to gain a competitive edge online without the lengthy process of traditional SEO.
Being young has been both a challenge and an advantage. At first, some didn’t take me seriously because of my age, but I embraced it. I used my fresh perspective and drive to push boundaries and bring new ideas to the table. My team and I have managed to build something I’m proud of, and our success shows that age is no barrier to vision and execution.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has definitely not been smooth. Early on, one of the biggest challenges I faced was my age. Being young meant that some people didn’t take me seriously, whether it was potential clients or even professionals I wanted to collaborate with. There was skepticism about my ability to run a business effectively, especially in such a competitive field.
As my companies grew, another layer of pressure developed. Managing almost 15 people between Next Level Data and Soneverse has been intense, particularly for someone who’s only 21. Balancing leadership with day-to-day operations, while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture, has been a steep learning curve. It’s a lot of responsibility, and it can feel overwhelming at times, but it’s also taught me how to handle pressure, delegate tasks effectively, and trust my team.
The challenges are tough, but they’ve pushed me to grow faster than I ever thought I would.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Both Next Level Data and Soneverse are designed to solve real problems that businesses face today. Next Level Data focuses on helping companies unlock the full potential of their data. We specialize in data-driven solutions and marketing strategies that allow businesses to make smarter decisions, improve their marketing performance, and ultimately grow faster. What sets us apart is our ability to take complex data and transform it into actionable insights that drive results. As time passes we also hired people for every single aspect of marketing in general too, including content creation.
Soneverse, on the other hand, is all about simplifying SEO for professionals. We provide fully optimized subpages for specific services and locales, meaning businesses can rank highly in search results without having to go through the lengthy and resource-intensive SEO process. What’s unique about Soneverse is our focus on creating pre-ranked pages that bring in high-quality traffic right away. We’re cutting through the complexity and making it easier for businesses to get noticed online.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the way we’ve been able to innovate and provide solutions that actually deliver immediate, tangible results for our clients. Both companies stand out because we’re not just offering services—we’re providing clear, data-backed solutions that help businesses grow and succeed.
For anyone reading this, I want you to know that you can achieve anything if you stay focused on your goals. I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter how young or inexperienced you might feel—what truly matters is your belief in yourself and your willingness to push through challenges. There will always be obstacles, doubts, and moments when things feel overwhelming. But it’s in those moments that growth happens. You don’t need to have all the answers from the start; what you need is the drive to keep moving forward, learn along the way, and stay committed to your vision. If you have the passion and the perseverance, you can turn even the biggest dreams into reality.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I believe that taking risks is an essential part of growth, both personally and professionally. The biggest breakthroughs come when you step out of your comfort zone and venture into the unknown. In my experience, the risks I’ve taken have shaped the trajectory of my career and helped me grow as an entrepreneur.
One of the biggest risks I took was launching my first company, Next Level Data, when I was still young and relatively inexperienced. I knew there was a lot to learn, and failure was a possibility. But I also knew that if I didn’t take the plunge, I’d never discover my full potential. The same applied when I co-founded Soneverse—there were no guarantees, but I believed in the vision and trusted the process.
For me, risk isn’t about being reckless; it’s about calculated decisions. You have to weigh the potential downsides, but also be willing to take the leap if you see an opportunity that aligns with your goals. Not every risk pays off, but each one teaches you something valuable. I believe that without taking risks, you never give yourself the chance to reach new heights.
Ultimately, I think risk-taking is about trusting yourself, even when others might doubt you. You have to be willing to bet on your abilities, and once you do, amazing things can happen.
