Hi Scott, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career with a simple but powerful goal: to help people make confident, informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives real estate. Growing up, I was always fascinated by homes, design, and how neighborhoods shape people’s lifestyles. That curiosity turned into a passion for real estate and marketing, which eventually became my career.
I began by mastering the fundamentals working with buyers, sellers, and investors in South Florida—and quickly realized that traditional real estate methods weren’t enough in today’s market. Clients needed more than just a sign in the yard; they needed data, technology, and creative marketing strategies to truly stand out.
This drove me to build The Listing Team at RESF, where I combine real estate expertise with advanced marketing and digital strategies. Over time, I expanded into owning multiple websites, YouTube channels, and lifestyle focused platforms, making sure my clients and audience have access to top-tier content, property insights, and innovative tools.
Today, my work isn’t just about selling homes; it’s about delivering a full experience. From hyper-local market knowledge and professional photography to AI-powered lead generation and storytelling around listings, I’ve positioned myself as both a real estate advisor and a marketing professional. This journey has given me the ability to help clients across South Florida whether they’re buying, selling, or investing achieve their goals faster and with more confidence.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. Breaking into South Florida’s competitive real estate market meant proving myself without the recognition or reach I have today. I faced long hours, rejection, and the challenge of building trust in a crowded field.
On top of that, the market itself has tested me crashes, the pandemic, rising rates each forced me to pivot fast and rethink how I approached clients and marketing. Early on, I struggled to balance being both a Realtor and a marketer, but I eventually realized that merging those two skills was my real advantage.
Those challenges shaped me. They pushed me to be resilient, creative, and adaptable, which is exactly what clients need in a market that never stands still.

My business is The Listing Team at RESF, where we specialize in helping South Florida homeowners and buyers achieve their real estate goals. We focus on residential real estate across Broward and Miami-Dade, with expertise in listings, valuations, and neighborhood marketing.
