I started my journey as a lash artist in 2022 with no clients, no fancy marketing team, and no backup plan, just grit, passion, and a deep desire to build something of my own. I taught myself how to master my craft, but more importantly, I learned how to build relationships. I focused on creating unforgettable experiences for every woman who sat in my chair making sure they felt seen, valued, and confident when they left.
From there, I scaled my business into the #1 lash salon in Fort Lauderdale with all 5-star reviews. But I didn’t stop there. I leaned into education, mentorship, and building a global brand. I’ve trained students from all over the world, many whom’ve left their corporate jobs to pursue full-time careers in beauty after learning with me.
Today, I’m a keynote speaker, business mentor, and educator helping other entrepreneurs create their own legacy. My story is living proof that when you lead with excellence, integrity, and care, you don’t just grow a business, you build an empire.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been anything but smooth. I lost thousands working with the wrong people, people who didn’t deliver, didn’t align, or simply weren’t built for where I was going. I learned quickly: not everyone deserves a seat at your table just because they started with you. Some people will cost you more than money they’ll cost you clarity, momentum, and peace.
But I don’t play the victim. Every loss sharpened my leadership, my vision, and my standards. I learned to protect the brand, move with precision, and make decisions based on alignment, not emotion. That’s what elevated me. Pressure builds power, and I chose to rise.

I’m the founder of Lash Artistry & Aesthetics, but more importantly, I’m recognized as one of the top educators in the lashing world. I’ve trained thousands of students globally through my in-person and online trainings, many of whom have gone on to build six-figure businesses of their own.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is this: protect your vision at all costs. Not everyone will understand it, support it, or be built for it and that’s okay. I used to think loyalty meant bringing everyone with me. Now I know: loyalty to your vision has to come first.
I’ve learned to move with strategy, not emotion. To lead with integrity but enforce boundaries. To trust my gut, even when it doesn’t make sense to others. And to never shrink myself to make others comfortable.
Growth will test you financially, emotionally, and relationally. But every level demands a new version of you. The faster you embrace that, the faster you elevate.
