Originally from Madrid, Spain, I was raised in a family of entrepreneurs who instilled in me a fierce fighter’s spirit. My grandparents, María and Santiago, arrived in Madrid with nothing, yet built a legacy that still thrives today. They are a testament to the power of vision and hard work. Alongside my parents and my uncle José Luis, they taught me that no problem is too complex if you possess the right mindset. My mother and grandmother, in particular, gave me the drive of a true warrior businesswoman, which shaped the professional I am today.
This heritage led me to live in seven countries over a decade, where I mastered high level management in 5 star hospitality. Navigating the rigorous logistics and elite standards of premium hotels prepared me for my ultimate leap of faith: founding RM Magic Dreams in the United States.

Building this company has been a rewarding challenge. I am immensely proud of choosing Florida as my base. I love contributing to our local luxury landscape by bringing international talent and welcoming high purchasing power guests to our beautiful state. I chose Miami specifically because it embodies a unique winning mindset, vibrant multiculturalism, and true resilience. It is the perfect place to grow my brand, provide world class service, and turn my own version of the American Dream into reality.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The greatest challenge was taking a calculated risk at 29 years old. I left a stable career in Miami to start my own business from scratch in a country that was not my own. The uncertainty was overwhelming. I often questioned if the market would accept me or if American and international clients would trust a planner from Spain with their most important day.
The hardest part was the cultural and professional transition. Moving away from the security that everyone else seeks made me feel like an outsider at times. I knew that in the corporate world, my growth would eventually hit a ceiling, but the hotel industry demanded a lifestyle I was no longer willing to accept. The business operates 365 days a year, often meaning missing holidays and milestones with family. Today, time is the most valuable asset I have. I value having the freedom to be with my loved ones, and I refused to stay chained to schedules that prioritized the company over the individual.
The fear of the unknown was my biggest obstacle. Nobody is born knowing how to build a company from scratch, especially in a foreign market. However, I realized that we live in an era where we have incredible resources at our disposal. I told myself that if generations before us could build successful businesses without the internet or modern tools, I could certainly succeed today by leveraging technology and AI to bridge the gap. Overcoming that fear, shifting my mindset, and using these advancements to build RM Magic Dreams LLC has been the most rewarding journey of my life. It has proven to me that with the right strategy, resilience, and vision, any barrier can be turned into a stepping stone

As Founder and CEO, my mission is simple: to transform the most important day of a couple’s life into a magical and stress free reality. I began developing this project in July 2024, the moment I left my career in the hotel industry, risking everything for a dream. I officially launched in early 2025, and the response was immediate: I secured my first high end clients in Miami within just 15 days, proving that the luxury market here was ready for a new standard of excellence.
What truly sets us apart is the fusion of my elite corporate background and my international vision. I spent a decade managing operations within premium 4 and 5 star luxury hotels, including the Villa Marquis in Paris and properties belonging to The Leading Hotels of the World in Madrid. My background allows me to foresee potential challenges before they even arise, providing a level of precision essential for the high stakes environment of Miami.
I chose Miami specifically because it captured my imagination. I lived in Coral Gables, surrounded by the legacy of high purchasing power families, while working in Brickell allowed me to immerse myself in an environment of pure professional intensity. The ambition I saw in Miami is contagious, and it is the perfect place to build a brand that values excellence above all else.
Our growth has been remarkable. We are proud to serve an international clientele, with our primary audience hailing from the United States, Spain, China, Singapore, and Mexico. In just one year, our website has surpassed 3,000 unique visitors, and our content has resonated deeply with a global audience, with TikTok videos reaching over 130,000 views. By consistently sharing weekly expert advice, we have built a community that trusts our perspective. Looking forward, I am currently developing a physical wedding planner book to support couples who want to organize their big day with professional guidance. It is an extension of my brand’s mission to make luxury accessible and well organized for everyone.
Being fully trilingual allows me to act as the ultimate bridge for multicultural couples. Brand wise, I am incredibly proud of the economic impact we create by attracting luxury tourism to Florida, and of the uncompromising exclusivity we deliver. I intentionally limit our portfolio to a few select weddings per year to personalize every detail to perfection.

Thanks to my family legacy, especially the resilience of my grandmother Maria, my mother, and the problem solving mindset of my uncle José, I do not panic when obstacles arise. We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success is not measured solely by financial metrics, but by the ultimate currency we all possess: time. In this life, time is the most valuable asset in the world. My success is built on the fact that I now offer this precious gift to my clients, while having regained it for myself and my own family.
For years, I worked grueling schedules in the luxury hospitality industry that left me little room for my personal life. Building RM Magic Dreams LLC was my way of reclaiming my autonomy. It has allowed me to craft a life where I can deliver world-class service while being fully present for my loved ones, the same family whose entrepreneurial spirit taught me everything I know.
Professionally, I define success through the deep bonds I form with my couples. Because I personally curate and execute every wedding, I get to know them on a profound level. Working hand-in-hand throughout the entire process turns them into an extension of my family. I am there through the tension, the frustration, and the pure joy, and I cherish being an integral part of those core memories.
My highest purpose is to create a safe haven where love and family can be celebrated without a single worry. I offer my couples exactly what I have fought to achieve: the freedom to enjoy their wedding journey without the burden of logistics. Behind every event, there are months of meticulous management, but the exact moment I see the newlyweds radiating happiness on their big day, I know every second of hard work was worth it.
Success is knowing that I am building a legacy that respects time, honors family, and brings genuine happiness to the lives of others. When my couples look back on their journey with absolute joy, that is my ultimate achievement.
