Hi Pamela, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I founded PRop out of a desire to build the kind of communications partner I felt was missing in the industry. After years working across public relations, media strategy, and influencer partnerships for consumer brands and cultural projects, I saw that many companies were being offered traditional PR tactics without a broader strategic vision.
PRop was created to change that. The firm focuses on integrated communications, bringing together media relations, influencer strategy, brand partnerships, and experiential storytelling to help brands build real cultural relevance. I’ve always been drawn to working with founders, creators, and emerging brands who are shaping their industries, and PRop allows me to work closely with those visionaries to elevate their stories.
Relocating to Miami has also been an exciting chapter, as the city continues to grow as a hub for entrepreneurship, art, and culture.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like many entrepreneurs, one of the biggest challenges has been building something from the ground up while maintaining the level of quality and relationships that public relations requires. PR is a people-driven business, and credibility takes time to build.
Another challenge has been navigating a rapidly evolving media landscape. Traditional press alone is no longer enough. Today brands need a much more holistic communications strategy that includes digital platforms, influencer engagement, partnerships, and experiential moments.
Those shifts have ultimately shaped how PRop operates. We built the firm to be adaptable, strategic, and deeply relationship-driven.

Another surprise is how collaborative the work can be. Some of the most successful campaigns happen when founders, creatives, and media all come together around a shared vision.
