Today we’d like to introduce you to Noah Rubin.
Hi Noah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born and went to school in Boca Raton, Florida, which most people think of as one of the wealthiest areas in the country. However, I actually lived in a modest part of the neighboring city called Delray Beach. I was always on the outside looking in and able to see how many people were “rich” but didn’t have wealth, as they would spend every penny they made. It helped me understand that there is a big difference between making money and being wise with your money. With this knowledge it was inevitable that my career would become to provide this service of wealth management and protection.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My parents made sure I knew the value of hard work. When I was 14, they said they will pay for my necessities – housing, food, and basic clothing. I would have to work and pay for anything else I wanted. This meant tackling every job available – starting at Publix, Chili’s, Papa Johns, Macy’s, Steve’s Ice Cream, taking out garbage, and even cleaning construction sites. What I learned was that I did not want to work these jobs forever. This inspired me to focus on school, picking up one degree after another until I discovered my love for the financial world. First as a CPA and then as a respected Wealth Manager.
We’ve been impressed with Rubin Wealth Management of Wells Fargo Advisors, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
With most professions, we don’t need to be unique or extra special. We just need to work hard, be well-educated in the trade, have years of experience, and care deeply. That’s my brand. Just a normal guy who is in his prime of life. Capable, experienced, caring, and hard-working providing needed wealth and investment management services to my impressive clients and their families.
I am a Managing Director – Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. On a daily basis, I am providing my client crucial planning for investment, estate, philanthropic, saving, retirement, and cash flow. When I know that my clients can sleep well at night knowing that their money is working for them and not against them… then I can sleep well too.
I believe in pursuing a balance of work, family, and self. It is achievable… it just takes discipline. I’m proud that I can work hard providing excellent service to clients, spend lots of time with family as a committed Dad, husband, son, and brother… all while having an awesome personal life playing tennis, watching sports, travelling, hanging with friends, and supporting the needs of others through my charitable foundation. There is enough time and energy every day to have it all. This is my pursuit. And currently this is my reality.

At a young age, I realized my life is like the “happily ever after” in a movie. Sounds cheesy right? But consider this… many generations before me, my Jewish family lived in Russia and Eastern Europe. They experienced continual persecution, slavery, hunger, and poverty. Yet they survived and this allowed my family and I to work and play in South Florida in the year 2023. While I might have daily challenges and setbacks, it is important to take a breath and appreciate the “happily ever after” life given to me by my ancestors.
