
Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha Falconi.
Hi Natasha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I began as an accountant at one of the big 3 firms working in the real estate tax department. I then went on to work for a national real estate investment & development company where I began as the controller – and became president of the organization shortly thereafter. I also was the chairwoman of a Florida based community bank. My experience in each of these roles all complement each other in what I am doing today as a real estate investor, as I understand how investors determine value.
My diverse background makes a big difference in our investors’ success. With experience as:
• an accountant at a top three firm, I am a seasoned forecaster and can quickly see property potential (or lack thereof) so investors can make informed decisions.
• the chair of a bank, I am deeply practiced in both sides of a deal, so I can get creative and uncover opportunities others would likely overlook.
• as president of an investment/development firm I zero in on improvements that benefit investors while also meeting the needs of tenants who deserve well-maintained, safe places to live.
• an investor myself, I have skin in the game. I invest alongside our investors in every deal, so when we win, we win together.
As founder of Falconi Capital – I have a rigorous approach to sourcing properties. I have created a business acquiring class B and C properties with existing cash flow and opportunities for value-add improvement.
I am focused on the Hialeah and Little Havana market, improving assets – uplifting them for the benefit of the tenants, while creating value for my investors.
I have a very supportive husband, Arthur – that has been encouraging me every step of the way – and two wonderful sons that are both in college.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The greatest challenge I faced when starting the business was fear. Will it work, will people be interested in what I offer, will I succeed, what will people say and think and so so so many more. What I realized – is that none of that chatter matters. Fear will paralyze you if you let it.
My deep commitment to my mission is the fuel that put fear in the back seat and work each day to make a difference in the communities I invest in.

Falconi Capital focuses on acquiring class B and C properties with existing cash flow and opportunities for value-add improvement. Our mission is to improve assets, which in turn improves communities while providing great returns for our investors. It is important to me that the tenants that live at our properties feel at home, and are proud of where they live.
