Kollections by Natalie emerged in May 2020, a silver lining during the tumultuous times of the Covid-19 pandemic. As fate would have it, I found myself facing a job loss during this period. In my moment of uncertainty, a dear friend extended a helping hand and suggested I sell some of my gently worn clothes on her Facebook platform.
Little did I know that my closet held treasures waiting to be discovered. Having shed 130 pounds, I had stowed away nearly 200 pieces of clothing, each a vintage gem I had collected over the years. Alas, they no longer fit me.
With newfound determination, I embarked on a journey, stepping into the world of online selling. My very first live session in her Facebook group marked the beginning of Kollections by Natalie.
As the founder of Kollections by Natalie, I’m on a mission to empower every woman to feel confident, beautiful, and empowered in her own skin. At Kollections by Natalie, our journey has been a thrilling rollercoaster ride, filled with growth, learning, and a whole lot of passion. In the beginning, our live sales took off, thanks to a world in lockdown, which gave people more time to tune in and shop. We soared, expanding rapidly while I personally curated vintage and thrifted pieces for our audience.
As time passed, our path evolved. With my commitment to sourcing top-notch inventory, we began acquiring bulk new-with-tags liquidation items. However, space constraints prompted us to reassess and pivot towards a boutique approach. Today, we source and curate collections tailor-made for our customers, designed to empower and make a bold statement wherever life leads you.
The transition from thrifted items to a boutique brought its own set of challenges and joys, allowing us to connect with a diverse customer base. We’ve relished every step of this transformation, always seeking to offer fresh and exciting choices as our customers grow and crave something new and inspiring
