Hi Miriana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Located in Coral Gables Miami, Healthy & Happy is a wellbeing vintage bistro that offers its customers a place where they can feel inspired by some of history’s greatest philosophical thinkers, while also relaxing and enjoying healthy organic food choices, books, coffee, wine.
With our new rental tableware company using the bistro as a showroom now we are open for events at the restaurants as well offering the whole package, catering, rental tableware and space for Sunday.
Indeed all the food items at Healthy & Happy are named after my favorite intellectual teachers such as Einstein, Bach, Renoir, and many more. My vision was always to inspire and encourage people to think, to read, and to nourish their bodies through what they eat; the epitome of balance between body and mind, as well as consietize and prioritize of the importance of eco friendly products.
My intention was always something communal and local.
That’s how I intend to keep Healthy & Happy, rooted in its mission so that it never loses its essence.
We are already know as a great local neighborhood healthy and unique restaurant.
H&H is not any café shop, is a wellbeing bistro. Here we encourage, support and prioritize a healthy lifestyle, culture and balance.
After 5 years, I decided to expand my business and created Classy & Sassy as an extension of my vision. I saw a need in the market for quality tableware rental options that at the same time, offered a touch of culture and nourishment through vintage, classy, and high end and eco friendly designs. The development of Classy & Sassy comes from the love of bringing hospitable and quality and sustainable products and service to others.
Our priority is using eco friendly and handmade products as people keep using in these events too much plastic. We want to give a little to the world by our ecoffiendly, and handcrafted pieces.
As Well in our bistro most of our products are ecofriendly, and now it has a whole new look as we use new seagrass chargers, bamboo flatware, even most ecofriendly crystal glasses giving it a whole new look.
Our target are weddings & luxury events as with so many people coming from different places form around the world offering European, American, & latin styles opens the door for every type of event.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It been a challenging but amazing journey, full of knowledge, experience & many lessons. Honestly have enjoyed every part of it. I would never change my journey as the tough parts were necessary to reach to this point and getting better that’s never stops. One of my favorite phrases is : When you stop learning, you start dying” #Einstein
For me its mostly about giving and promoting to your community a healthy lifestyle, quality food, consciousness about being eco friendly and a vintage bistro where they can be fulfilled in different ways.
So we can contribute a little bit to make a better & healthier world.

With our new addition our new company CLASSY & SASSY RENTAL TABLEWARE using the bistro as a showroom now we are open for events at the restaurants as well offering the whole package, catering, rental tableware and space for Sundays, and after 5 pm when healthy & happy closes.

Believe in yourself, be persistent & disciplined.
Take every failure as a lesson to be better.
