Today we’d like to introduce you to Leonardo Pablo Figueroa.

Hi Leonardo Pablo, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Born and raised in Argentina, I began my journey with a deep passion for music and product design. In 1999, I moved to the United States and launched my career in the automotive industry, spending seven years creating concept cars for major design studios across California. This early work ignited my fascination with innovation and advanced fabrication.
Driven by a desire to keep learning, I continued my education through college and ArtCenter, expanding my skills into Animation, Digital Media, Rapid Prototyping, Carbon Fiber fabrication, and CNC Programming. Between 2008 and 2010, I shifted into education, teaching flute and saxophone at a charter school in Orange County, where I built a strong music program for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
In 2010, I transitioned into the Aerospace and Defense industry, contributing to top-secret government projects involving aircraft, rockets, and drone systems for multiple companies. I relocated to Florida in 2019 and continued working remotely in aerospace until 2022.
That year, I took an entrepreneurial leap and partnered with my brother-in-law to purchase a modern CNC carpentry shop in Cutler Bay, Florida. Since then, we have specialized in custom luxury cabinetry and furniture, serving clients from Delray Beach to Key West and Ocean Reef Club. I introduced advanced digital fabrication technologies into the shop and continue to push for new, more efficient, and more creative ways to build.
During the pandemic, I also founded Node Air, a modular drone-based transportation system designed for five passengers and multiple utility configurations. Alongside this work, I earned two master’s degrees—one in Business Administration and another in International Trade—strengthening the business and strategic foundation behind my projects.
Across every chapter of my career—from music and automotive design to aerospace engineering, entrepreneurship, and next-generation mobility—my focus has remained the same: blending creativity, technology, and forward-thinking design to build what comes next.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As an immigrant, the path has never been simple. Building a life and career in a new country demanded resilience, determination, and a willingness to work harder than many of my peers. Every opportunity had to be earned, and every step forward required persistence. Yet I am grateful for those challenges. They pushed me to grow, to refine my skills, and to become the person I am today.
The United States has been a place where ambition can take flight. Here, I discovered that with dedication and vision, it is possible to rise as high as you dare to dream. My journey has been shaped by obstacles, but also by the extraordinary possibilities this country offers to those who refuse to give up.

We collaborate with both local and international clients, developing every concept in advanced CAD software before sending it to our CNC systems for precision cutting. Each piece is then expertly assembled in our shop and installed on‑site, delivering a seamless experience from design to completion.
