Exploring Life & Business with Kimberly Culpepper of The Experience Foundation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberly Culpepper.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Kimberly Culpepper, and I am the founder of The Experience Foundation. Our mission is deeply personal and rooted in a journey through profound loss and faith. My husband, NFL quarterback Daunte Culpepper, and I share a love for our family of six children. Following the tragic loss of our daughter Aysia and a friend in a car accident in 2020, I embarked on a personal journey of overcoming grief and navigating life to find peace with what happened. This experience has driven my dedication to supporting women who face the complexities of life’s challenges, including the mental health of women.

The Experience Foundation offers a range of services dedicated to supporting women and young girl’s mental health and emotional well-being. Through our retreats, workshops, and therapy sessions, we provide opportunities for women to engage in healing practices, build community, and develop coping strategies. Our offerings include a focus on grief support, stress management, and overcoming life’s challenges.

The Experience Foundation proudly announces its signature event, the “Journey Toward Your God-Given Identity – Back to the Garden of Eden Luncheon,” happening on May 31, 2025 at Lavan Venue 3861 Stirling Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. This transformational gathering is designed to inspire, empower, and uplift women as they reconnect with their faith, purpose, and personal growth.
This faith-centered luncheon will be hosted by Ms. Lulu Orange, International Ms. Florida 2024. It will feature a dynamic lineup featuring Guest Speaker Minister Tiara Walton, along with a powerful panel discussion with speakers Nachera Smith, Natalya Somers, and Jael Georges. In addition, guests will hear from wellness experts, delivering meaningful conversations on spiritual renewal, mental health, resilience, and self-discovery.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey has definitely not been smooth—but it’s been purposeful. Founding The Experience Foundation came from a deeply personal place, and with that came both emotional and operational challenges. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that pain can be the soil where purpose grows, but you have to be willing to do the internal work first.

There were times I questioned if the vision was too big, if the support would come, or if I was qualified enough to lead something so sacred. But what kept me going was the constant reminder that this wasn’t about perfection, it was about obedience and impact.

We’ve had to navigate funding limitations, build from scratch, and gain trust in spaces where faith-based mental health and empowerment for women isn’t always prioritized. But each hurdle has made us stronger and more refined. I’ve learned to lean on faith, build a strong team, and embrace divine timing over deadlines

No, this journey hasn’t been easy. Challenges have surfaced on every front. But witnessing firsthand the transformation in the lives of the women I encounter has made every step profoundly worth it. What began as a personal mission has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. It’s deeply meaningful to me, and it’s the very fuel that keeps me moving forward.

We’ve been impressed with The Experience Foundation , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At The Experience Foundation, we envision a world where every woman is empowered to embrace her God-given identity, live with purpose, and inspire transformation within their communities. Our vision is to create a space where faith, healing, and growth intersect, allowing women to rise above challenges and walk confidently in their calling.

A foundation started by women, for women providing spiritual and clinical programs to help with overall mental health and life journeys. We aim to provide the tools necessary to function in wholeness allowing us to create a better world, improve family dynamics and communities.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the next 5-10 years, I see our organization growing expotenially and assisting women in all areas of the United States.
