I began making wild-crafted Jamaican sea moss in my own kitchen for friends and family, focusing on something I knew and trusted from my heritage.
My family has a long-standing connection with the sea; for generations, we’ve fished off Jamaica’s shores, understanding the unique qualities of the Caribbean.
