Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosena Joseph.
Hi Rosena, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
A life & spiritual coach and I am the founder of RosenaLovee LLC.
RosenaLovee LLC was started during the time in my life when I was tired of my certain circumstances.
Here I was, 26 with two kids and at a job I couldn’t fully be myself at. I always was assisting and motivating others to conquer their goals but was never conquering mine. Every business ideas I started before RosenaLovee LLC was an epic failure and I believe the reason all ideas before this one failed is because it was not aligned with my true calling. So, I was able get where I am today by never giving up. I decided to quit my job, move 2 hours away from my hometown to bring a dream into reality. And believe in myself 100 percent. It was scary but I did it anyway. I started taking courses to build my craft and to gain knowledge. I invest in myself mentally, physically, spiritual and financially. I got involved in my new community and begun to network with like-minded entrepreneurs to create the brand you see today.
I started a mentorship group name “Human & Spirit” to teach individuals the importance on remaining balance in all aspect of their life during their journey.
I am spreading knowledge by being booked for speaking engagements to spread the knowledge also.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. The road to success is always bumpy. Some of my challenges were people not believing in a vision only I can, family and friends giving up on you midway to success, balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship and even believing in myself during that time when everything was not working out the way I wanted.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Life & Spiritual Coach. I am known for assisting others balance out their life in all aspects. What sets me apart from others is the love and passion on assisting one during their journey to success. I am proud of myself for never giving up after failing so many times. If I would of given up, I would of never make the beautiful connections I have now nor would I have been able to see their success stories or even be apart of it. Helping others become successful in whatever area of their life reminds me of my purpose, I am proud of the fact that God continues to be my fountain that pours into my pitcher to pour into other’s cup. I am proud of the fact that I am walking in a purpose that gives me the drive I need to never give up on my core values and morals. This isn’t a job to me, it’s my way of life.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
ALOT! Lol, I’ve learned that you can conquer anything in a short period of time if you are focused and serious on what you want. I also learned that things can switch in a blink of an eye so use your time wisely and enjoy each day because we do not know what tomorrow brings.
