Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There are always challenges and obstacles in the creative business journey, the content creation industry, in making art. In striving for the absolute best results for your clients and to achieve beyond whatever the target may be. Those challenges and struggles are what push the best outcomes, and we have to be willing to stick to our core ideals and stylistic pillars while also staying malleable to trends, developing needs and the unexpected. The larger the challenge the more we are able to push ourselves make new unforgettable stories.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
From Levin, Alexis’ & Liams background, fostered by families of artists & creatives in the east end of Long Island NY, to working closely with next-level talent from NY to LA in the entertainment industries, Levin & Alexis’ inspiration to launch Star Room in Charlotte 2015 felt like a bespoke manifestation of their strategic creative vision. Liam went on to launch Miami Star Room in 2022.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Speak about your goals and wishes, and honest challenges – don’t hold it so close that you don’t relate to others. You will find like-minded cohorts this way. You will be able to help others and that will come around to you, as long as you do the work of putting yourself in the right situations and opportunities, and showing up as your authentic self, every time.
