Daily Inspiration: Meet Joanne “Diosa” Suarez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joanne “Diosa” Suarez

Joanne “Diosa”, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As an esteemed public speaker/ actress & model with Therapy in Sessions today, I Joanne Suarez better known as “Diosa” aim to deliver education, inspiration and entertainment to a variety of audiences. I strive to make every event a memorable experience, placing a large emphasis on delivering actionable content after implanting a heart monitor to prevent heart failure due to Atrial Flutter, overcoming three strokes, cancer and obligated to daily drug control due  to epilepsy, I began my healing process and in that Session became my own Therapy, and today I stand strong and with a positive mindset.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a rough road & took me a lot to be in the position that I am at today, but due to my own experiences and unknown battles forced to fight, I overcame the war and found healing by providing myself with some good therapy, the right tools and knowledge, Thanks to therapy and meditation I have helped people unleash their potential and believe in themselves, paving the way towards both personal and professional success fulfilled with peace and love.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My life changed the moment I started creating awareness and educating my children against bullying. Iconic artist, such as Tina Knowls, Viola Davis, DL Hugely, and many others started sharing my motivational experience all over social media where over 17 million people connected to my testimony. After doing so I then got invited to a segment on “The Good Morning Philadelphia” tv show to elaborate on my journey. With clear but simple mission of helping and inspiring others, today I am a Life Coach, Author, Small Business Owner, Model, Actress, Dance Instructor, a proud Mother of three and Motivational Speaker that is loved and known for making a memorable impact in such as her & kids life, like in others.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I believe that taking major or simple risks may sometimes lead to failures and mistakes, but I believe that it’s even more powerful to take risks because it also opens new opportunities for professional and personal growth. Any time we do something that puts us outside of our comfort zone, we open ourselves up to acquiring new skills and valuable learning experiences which is why today I am definitely the risk taker and highly recommend to take risks because stepping out side of your comfort zone, gives you strength knowledge and helps you grow.
