Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have survived multiple car accidents and live with Sjogrens and Fibro, I was informed I would never dance again, and yet I opened up my studio in Gainesville, Florida. I want to help inspire others through dance and fitness.

I was in five car accidents, I was informed on my last one to give up my dream of ever dancing again of being a fitness instructor. There was one point when I couldn’t even help myself get in and out of bed and had to have my mother and friends drive me to places. I thought for a while I’d have to give up my love and passion. I had bulging and protruding disks. I eventually gained my confidence back and was inspired by my mother and rehabilitated through Pilates and Pole Dancing. I also went to holistic health care and spoke up to my doctors and found a pt who actually then began to help me heal. I opened up a dance studio and even began to professionally compete in pole dance. I am also fighting the stigma of pole dancers. I lost both my parents in my 30’s and my immediate family. I care gave them both for many years. I lost my fiancé in high school due to suicide. I also was in an abusive marriage at one time; It has been a very challenging and difficult road.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
