Today we’d like to introduce you to Francesca Agostinelli
Hi Francesca, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my entrepreneurship journey in 2020 while I was working a corporate 9-5, a co worker of mine had come over to show me that his friends sister just made a million dollars selling shampoo. I was instantly intrigued, because ALL of my life I have been someone who loved the lime light, who wanted to impact millions of people, and new I was meant for a big life. I made the decision in 2020 to join a Network Marketing company called Monat Global, little did I know it would change my life forever. I left my job early on in my new journey (would not recommend) but I was too excited not to go ALL in on this venture. It’s funny how you “don’t care what people think” until your forced to put that to the test. I was thinking posting on social media would be EASY, I would make money NO PROBLEM, until you have to sit infront of a camera and then post that for the world to see. My first year I SUCKED, I was half in half out, caring to much about what so and so from highschool would say etc. I call 2020-2021 my learning curve because I learned SO much about mindset, behavior, habits, sales, social media, storytelling, and more. 2021 to the end of 2022 was the best years for my business, I started to grow a following, went from “salesy” content to storytelling and it made me great money. The best part of that year was I met some really incredible women whom yes were on my team but also who weren’t. But as we all know, Network Marketing takes a VILLAGE on all cylinders and I got burnt out of being at a standstill with my rank and income because of others, long story short – March 2023 I ended my Network Marketing journey. Let me remind you, that was my FIRST attempt at entrepreneurship – so over the next year I would try A BUNCH of different things. Affiliate Marketing, Drop Shipping, another 9-5, my own skincare consulting business, and my own marketing business – ALL of those not only made me great money but they taught me so much. At the end of 2024 I decided I was done “selling” or doing any type of commission work and went ALL IN on being a content creator/influencer and here we are now. I can confidently say I do not regret ANYTHING I did and tried to land here because I wouldn’t of known this is where I was supposed to land if I didn’t try.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
absolutely NOT. My exit from Network Marketing was heart wrenching, it was ugly, mean, and I lost ALOT of friends who I thought were going to be life long friends. After that transition, the next 1.5 years until I went all in on being a content creator it was alot of extreme highs and extreme lows. The instability was debilitating and so as much as I loved trying things it showed me so much about myself and how much I need stability to flourish. I went through alot of changes personally, mentally, and emotionally. I think when times are uncertain or you enter a period of “unknowing” it shows you who you really are, how you handle conflict, and how you communicate through those times – I had to learn healthy ways to do that.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a content creator who is never NOT posting about beauty, pilates, daily vlogs, or my relationship! I struggled with acne for 10+ years and so that journey led me to start posting beauty content. After growing my community I started to share more of my wellness, lifestyle, and relationship content.
What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built—women who relate to my experiences, whether it’s dealing with acne, navigating anxiety and insecurity, or finding balance through fitness and personal growth. My content is a mix of educational beauty tips, pilates routines, behind-the-scenes daily vlogs, and relationship insights, all designed to inspire and empower.
What sets me apart is my authentic approach to everything I do. I’m not just sharing routines or products; I’m sharing the real, raw moments of my life, showing that true beauty comes from self-care, health, and a strong sense of self. I connect with my audience through vulnerability, humor, and the desire to make beauty and wellness feel accessible, fun, and empowering. I want to be known for cultivating a community that makes women feel seen, heard, and welcomed, a spot they don’t need to EARN but deserve.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Knowing what I know now, I would say I am PRO calculated risk. As an entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur of any kind, you want NOTHING more than to have that thing make you a full time income. What happens most of the time is people don’t MATCH their 9-5 income for LONG enough to see if their thing can sustain itself. So people then start to strangle, regret, and hate the business because it isn’t producing enough income when in reality its not the businesses fault, it’s just lack of cash flow. I also think that people think “taking a risk” and leaving their job means they just sit around and work LESS on their business. I can confidently say that you will work MORE hours at the business / entrepreneurial venture than your job but the difference is, it’s what you love so it never feels like work.
Overall, I think taking risks is necessary but there is a right way to take a risk so you don’t end up worse than when you started. You have to be willing to eat shit for 3-5 years and go truly ALL in on the risk for it to work.
