Daily Inspiration: Meet Edward Hinson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Edward Hinson. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Edward Hinson started up True Sound MediaPlex, a successful multimedia facility in the Bronx, New York City. VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: New York, BET, numerous independent television networks, and major artists on Maybach Music Group were among their clientele.

In 2014, Ed moved to Miami, Florida. Ed will handle a team of A&R videographers and editors for his new company Elpd Productions in Hollywood, FL with plans of finding the supreme talent the world has to offer. Ed has now brought his talents to South Florida and the world of film and television combining his production experience with sound design and film scoring to create new innovative content to the world. He went on to produce for many of hip hop’s leading artists.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has been fairly smooth being that I have an extensive career in the entertainment world.

Elpd Productions is a full-service, Published creative video agency founded by Edward Hinson based in Miami, FL, focused on using video as a force for good. We believe the stories your brand tells today shape the world we live in tomorrow. Quality and turnaround is most important to you and us.

Ed Hinson has over twenty years in the music industry as platinum producer. Self has collectively earned over 18 platinum records along with 20+ years of experience in the music industry. His A-list platinum production experience consists of DMX, Juelz Santana, Jay Z, LL Cool J, Ron Isley, Ja Rule, Musiq Soulchild, Bone Thugs & Harmony and many more. He has a music engineering degree from Institute of Audio Research (1997 – 2000).

Edward is currently working as a producer and professional videographer/editor at his online television Network Selftv in Hollywood, Florida. He composed the official score to the 2013 TV-series Empire City [1] and took part in the voice acting 2003 video game Def Jam Vendetta. He is also working on the Soundtrack and Score to the major motion picture “Doggmen” (DMX’s last film he had a role in before his untimely death)
