Hi Daria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into music started from a place of pure curiosity rather than a clear plan. I was always drawn to sound, atmosphere and energy — the way music can shift a room, a mood, even a moment in time. DJing became a natural extension of that fascination. What began as exploration quickly turned into dedication, long nights of learning, refining my taste and understanding how different styles and rhythms speak to different crowds.
Relocating to Miami played a huge role in shaping me as an artist. The city’s diversity, cultural openness and strong electronic scene pushed me to develop a sound that feels both global and deeply emotional. Over time, I built my identity around blending tribal, melodic and indie dance elements with groove-driven house — always aiming for sets that feel polished, uplifting and intentional rather than genre-confined.
As my career evolved, so did my vision. I began performing regularly in Miami and New York, sharing stages with artists I deeply respect, and eventually stepped into production, which allowed me to translate my musical language into original records. Founding GLITCH was another important chapter — creating a platform that reflects my values: energy, atmosphere and forward-thinking electronic music.
Today, I see my path not as a destination reached, but as something constantly unfolding. Each performance, release and collaboration adds another layer to who I am as an artist. What connects it all is a focus on connection — between music and people, between sound and emotion, and between the artist and the moment on the dance floor.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Like most creative paths, it’s been far from linear. There were periods of uncertainty, self-doubt and moments where progress felt slower than expected. Building a career in electronic music requires more than talent — it demands consistency, emotional resilience and the ability to keep going when results aren’t immediate.
One of the biggest challenges was learning how to balance creativity with structure. DJing and producing are deeply intuitive, but the industry itself is not. Navigating bookings, expectations, and long-term planning while staying true to my sound took time. There were also moments of outgrowing certain environments and realizing that not every opportunity is aligned with where you’re heading.
Another challenge was stepping into production with confidence. Translating what you feel on a dance floor into original music is vulnerable — you’re no longer interpreting someone else’s work, you’re putting your own voice out there. That process pushed me to trust my instincts more and be patient with my own growth.
Looking back, those challenges were essential. They sharpened my direction and helped me build a clearer artistic identity. I’ve learned that discomfort often signals expansion — and every difficult phase has ultimately moved me closer to the artist I am today.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At the heart of what I do is creating a complete musical experience rather than simply DJing. My work sits at the intersection of tribal, melodic and indie dance, grounded by groove-driven house, with a strong focus on emotional flow and energy. I’m known for building sets that feel intentional and immersive — reading the room carefully and guiding the crowd through a journey rather than relying on obvious peak moments.
My career naturally moves between Miami and New York, and that duality has become a defining part of my sound. Miami’s openness and high-energy atmosphere shaped my ability to play for large, diverse audiences — from intimate club settings to major festival stages — while New York refined my approach to depth, storytelling and musical detail. Moving constantly between these two scenes keeps my perspective fresh and pushes me creatively.
Beyond performing, I’m also a curator and the founder of GLITCH, a platform created to explore the connection between music, space and community. Through it, I collaborate with forward-thinking artists and bring together different audiences under one shared energy. That curatorial mindset influences everything I do, from how I structure my DJ sets to how I approach my productions.
On the production side, I focus on translating dance floor emotion into records that feel timeless rather than trend-driven. Seeing my music supported and played alongside artists I respect has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey so far.
What sets me apart is my ability to move fluidly between scenes, cities and formats while staying deeply connected to my own musical identity. I’m most proud of building something that feels aligned — creatively, energetically and personally — and continuing to evolve without losing that sense of intention.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The most important quality behind my success is consistency paired with intuition. Talent and inspiration come and go, but showing up — creatively, emotionally and professionally — is what builds something lasting. I’ve learned to trust my instincts while remaining disciplined enough to keep refining my craft, even when progress isn’t immediately visible.
Equally important is adaptability. Moving between different cities, scenes and audiences requires the ability to listen, observe and evolve without losing your core identity. I stay open to growth, feedback and change, but I’m careful not to compromise my musical values in the process.
That balance — between instinct and structure, emotion and intention — is what allows me to grow steadily while staying true to who I am as an artist.
