Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Thank you so much for having me — it’s truly an honor to share my journey. I discovered reformer Pilates at the beginning of last year and instantly felt its transformative impact, not just on my body but on my overall well-being. As I explored nearly 20 studios across Miami and Atlanta, I noticed a common theme: while the workouts were effective, the spaces often lacked warmth, inclusivity, and amenities that made members feel truly seen and supported in their wellness jorneys.
That inspired me to create Posh Life Pilates, Miami’s first waterfront luxury Pilates studio, built on the belief that wellness should be elevated, welcoming and first timer friendly. I wanted to create a sanctuary where people feel both empowered and pampered — a place where luxury meets accessibility, and where community thrives.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The journey has been anything but smooth — but it’s been beautiful. Opening a business while working full-time and managing construction delays, supply chain issues, and the reality of financing everything myself has been a test of resilience. One of my biggest lessons has been the importance of patience and adaptability. Things rarely go exactly as planned, but every challenge has helped me refine my vision and strengthen my business foundation. I’ve also learned that building a brand is not just about aesthetics or services — it’s about forging authentic relationships and cultivating trust in the community before your doors even open.

Posh Life Pilates is more than a fitness studio — it’s an experience. We offer reformer, mat Pilates, yoga, and barre classes , alongside amenities like a sauna, spa treatment room, and a relaxation lounge. We curate themed classes such as DJ-led Reggaeton & R&B Flows and Spanish spoken taught sessions, ensuring every member feels seen and celebrated. We also host wellness events, pop-ups, and collaborations with luxury and local brands to bring wellness into vibrant, lifestyle-driven spaces. My mission is to redefine what a Pilates studio can be — luxurious, inclusive, and unforgettable.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Every aspect of building Posh Life Pilates has filled me with an immense and almost overwhelming sense of happiness. From envisioning this dream and bringing it to life, to learning new skills and embracing challenges along the way, each step has been deeply rewarding. I’ve found joy in the creative process — from designing the studio and curating programming, to producing pop-ups and unique events that reflect our brand’s essence. The support I’ve received — every smile, every hug, every kind word, every comment, like, or follow on Instagram, and every person who has attended an event — has been incredibly meaningful. I have never felt more fulfilled, and I’m super excited to see where this journey will lead.
