Daily Inspiration: Meet Brenda Rovero

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brenda Rovero.

Hi Brenda , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve gone through many different chapters in my life, and I think that’s exactly what has shaped the woman I am today.
Although I originally dreamed of studying audiovisual communications, I ended up graduating in Business Administration in Venezuela. Even so, I was always deeply connected to the creative and communication world. For many years, I worked in sales and later joined a record label company, where I did everything from administration and logistics to artist management and road management. It was a stage of my life that taught me a lot about leadership, adaptability, and working under pressure.
My life changed completely when I became a mother to twins. I had a complicated pregnancy, and I decided to dedicate myself fully to my children. Motherhood transformed my priorities and also the way I viewed life.
Some time later, I went through a very difficult divorce while living in the United States, far away from my family and without a support system. During that time, I found myself in a very vulnerable emotional, financial, and personal situation, and that was when I realized I had to rebuild myself from the ground up.
Although I had already been sharing content on social media naturally for years, I never imagined it could become my career. However, during that process, I discovered that social media could become much more than a place to share my life — it could become a tool to rebuild myself and connect with others through honesty and authenticity.
Because of my experience as a mother, I specialized in Baby-Led Weaning and began teaching online classes while creating educational content for other moms. Little by little, I started building a beautiful community, and over time, brand collaborations and new entrepreneurial opportunities also began to appear.
Today, I work as a content creator and entrepreneur while continuing to build a platform based on authenticity, resilience, and personal growth. I believe many people connect with me because I’ve never tried to portray a perfect life; I’ve simply shared my real journey, including both the beautiful and difficult moments.
More than any professional accomplishment, I’m proud of having learned how to rebuild myself and of being able to inspire other women to understand that it’s always possible to start over.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not. My journey has been far from easy and, honestly, some of the most difficult moments in my life have been the ones that transformed me the most.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was going through a divorce while raising my very young children on my own in a country where I had no family or real support system. At the same time, I was dealing with complicated immigration processes, financial uncertainty, and the emotional weight of having to rebuild my life from scratch.
I think one of the hardest parts was that I truly wasn’t prepared for that stage of my life. My children were deeply wanted and planned, so in my mind, motherhood was always something I would experience alongside my partner. Watching my life change so unexpectedly affected me emotionally on many levels.
There was a period where I struggled deeply with anxiety, panic attacks, fear, and depression. I felt lost, vulnerable, and honestly unsure of how I was going to move forward. And I think one of the hardest parts was not only rebuilding financially, but also rebuilding my confidence and reconnecting with myself again.
At the same time, becoming a content creator and entrepreneur came with its own challenges. Social media can look very glamorous from the outside, but the reality is that it requires emotional strength, discipline, consistency, and the ability to keep showing up even during difficult personal seasons.
However, looking back now, I can say that every difficult moment taught me something valuable. Those experiences forced me to grow, become more resilient, trust myself more, and understand that many times the hardest seasons in life are also the ones that bring you closer to your purpose.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I would say I’m mostly known for sharing my life in a very honest and human way. Over the years, my platform has evolved alongside me, and I think that’s what makes people connect so deeply with my content. My audience hasn’t only seen the highlights — they’ve seen the real journey: motherhood, personal growth, heartbreak, rebuilding, entrepreneurship, resilience, and all the stages in between.

As a content creator, I love creating lifestyle, motherhood, wellness, and inspirational content, but more than anything, I care about making people feel seen and understood. I’ve never tried to portray a perfect life online. Instead, I’ve always tried to share authentically, and I think that honesty is what has allowed me to build such a loyal community over the years.

I’m also passionate about empowering women, especially mothers, to believe in themselves again, reinvent themselves, and understand that it’s never too late to start over or create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.

Beyond social media, I’m also an entrepreneur involved in wellness, sales, and personal growth businesses, while continuing to build a platform centered around connection, authenticity, and impact.

If there’s one thing that sets me apart, I think it’s the fact that people have been able to grow with me through so many real chapters of life. My platform isn’t built around perfection — it’s built around evolution, vulnerability, resilience, and human connection.

What are your plans for the future?
One of the most important things for me in this new chapter of my life is continuing to expand into new spaces of communication and content creation.

I’m focused on developing deeper and more educational projects, expanding much more into platforms like YouTube, and eventually creating a podcast where I can talk about more human and real topics such as motherhood, personal growth, resilience, relationships, wellness, and life experiences.

Writing a book is also one of the goals I have very present in my mind. I feel that I’ve lived through very transformative experiences, and I want to be able to share them in a more intimate and meaningful way.

Another important part of my personal growth is continuing to travel, discover new cultures, and keep learning through experiences and people. But above all, I want to create more human and personal spaces with my community: conferences, live events, and experiences where we can truly connect and share meaningful messages with purpose.

Professionally, I remain focused on growing as both a content creator and entrepreneur, working on projects aligned with my values while continuing to build a more authentic and meaningful community.

After everything I’ve lived through, I’ve understood that we should never limit ourselves to only one version of who we are, and that is exactly what I want to continue doing: evolving, growing, and discovering new purposes along the way.
