Alieana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am a singer and rapper currently on tour. I worked my b*** off to be where I am today and honestly, it’s just the beginning. My brand Fairy Gang is almost four years in the making, dedicated to empowering women, women’s fashion, dancers, artists, actresses, and entertainers. It’s specifically curated for women in fashion and the arts as well as female business owners. It is also just at the beginning of where I want to be. I can’t wait to expand my team!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all. There have been interpersonal, relational, personal, and financial struggles. We are fighting against social constructs and societal, political, and technological systems that both empower and destroy us. The struggle is mostly in never giving up. I’m lucky that resilience is built in me.

I am an ethereal trap pop artist that specializes in my lyrics and depth while having catchy melodies. My music is different because of my personal history, majoring in English and psychology, but also experience loss of friends to suicide, personal mental health issues, and experiencing homelessness, addiction, and being dedicated to fighting for equality and human rights and animal right throughout my life, as well as my travels, family, and more have led to a unique and wide range of influences. I have so many stories to tell through my music and keep experiencing more.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Yes, keep your head down, and always choose to love over personal disagreements.
