Today we’d like to introduce you to Nailyn Licona de Berra
Hi Nailyn , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started in social networks and in the world of beauty, makeup and fashion when I was only 15 years old, then I specialized as a professional makeup artist and two years ago I graduated as a personal and business image consultant. In general I always wanted to generate a change and do something different like everyone else until I discovered that the one who makes each story different is us because we are all unique and give a different approach to our lifestyle, jobs, companies, careers. Another thing that I consider has been key in my story has been the faith that I carry high and the resistance and insistence that I put into my dreams and projects.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to success is not easy and much less is it always to be enjoyed, there are good days and there will always be bad days. You cannot claim victory if there was no possibility of defeat, so there have been many moments of struggle along the way, of wanting to give up, to dedicate myself to something else, but faith has always been the driving force of my goals and dreams and it continues to be so.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am currently a fashion stylist and my main focus is on advising my clients to improve their image and style but always maintaining their essence. Additionally, on my social networks I share my lifestyle as a wife, mother of a beautiful 8-month-old baby and as a daughter of God, my favorite title and one that I am proud to share because I consider it to be one of the things that makes me different in my field.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
you are the most important! Over the years I have learned that if I am not well, nothing is well, not even my work, my family, my relationships, my projects, they can carry on without me, so the most important lesson I have learned is to prioritize my physical, mental and health. emotional and understand that if you are well you will be able to do everything you set your mind to
