Today we’d like to introduce you to Heavenly’s Kitchen 305.
Hi Heavenly’s , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Heavenly’s Kitchen 305 started from a love and desire to serve people. In 2018, after years of writing the vision and planning, it was my wife’s birthday, and I asked her what she wanted for her birthday; and she said she wanted to become an entrepreneur, she wanted to open her restaurant.
We then took a paycheck, and purchased all of the necessary equipment and supplies needed to sell food from our home. We started selling plates of food to the residents of our neighborhood, and to the coworkers at our workplace. The momentum started to grow in the city of Tampa. What made us popular was that we were bringing the flavors of Miami to the Tampa Bay Area.
We made a corporate decision after experiencing some unforeseen family issues due to Covid, to relocate back to the ‘305’. Because we were born and raised in Miami, most persons were already familiar with Chef Krazy Kellz cooking. It wasn’t until we arrived in Miami, that we debuted Chef Ki’s baking and pastry talents and Chef Dee’s culinary design skills. Once we merged all three (3) of our expertise’s together, we became Miami Best Kept Culinary Secret; sought after by everyone that was looking for that home cooked flavor that you can only get from grandma’s house.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say smooth, but the road has definitely been rocky. Navigating to bring Heavenly’s to fruition while in the midst of a Pandemic was certainly a blow from left field, However, with constant prayer, determination, dignity and integrity, we have managed to remain afloat, and continuously succeed while keeping the safety of our clients and ourselves a number one priority.

What sets us apart from others is our spirit of excellence, and eagerness to please.
I am most proud of the fact that we have not given up; and the fact that we have improved every time. I am most proud of the family comradeship around my team. I am most proud of what we have been able to accomplish thus far, and where we are going in the future.
I can’t say that there is one dish that I am most proud of; everything that you eat at Heavenly’s will certainly provide you with a heavenly experience. If I did however have to choose, I would say that my favorite dish would be making people feeling like they are at home; the same ingredients that we put in the dish, is the same ingredients that we put in the atmosphere.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing the Heavenly experience in effect; the looks, smiles, sounds and gestures from our clients as they gratifyingly indulge in heaven on earth. It’s a nod of approval that I have delivered on yet another promise.
