Hi Ana Paula, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in the beauty industry spans more than 23 years and has been built on a deep commitment to education, growth, and excellence in esthetics. What began as a passion for skincare evolved into a lifelong pursuit of mastering the science and art of esthetics. Throughout my career, I have continuously studied, trained, and refined my expertise, ultimately becoming a Master Esthetician.
As my knowledge and experience grew, I had the privilege of becoming an international trainer for MBR Cosmetics, where I educated skincare professionals and helped elevate industry standards around the world. This role allowed me to share advanced skincare knowledge, mentor fellow estheticians, and work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
Today, I am proud to work alongside Melissa Fox at Flawless by Melissa Fox, where I continue to combine my passion for skincare, beauty, and transformative client care. I have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected and cult-favorite brands in the industry, including Biologique Recherche, Valmont, Auteur, Vivant Skin Care, Agent Nateur, Hydrinity, and Pavise, among many others. Working with these innovative brands allows me to stay at the forefront of skincare science and deliver exceptional results to clients.
In addition to my work in esthetics, I am also a restaurateur and serve at the C-level of our hospitality ventures, where we oversee digital marketing, brand development, and business growth strategies.
Looking back, my career has been a journey of continuous learning, dedication, and evolution. From spending 23 years studying and mastering esthetics, to becoming an international educator, and now contributing to successful businesses in both beauty and hospitality, I remain passionate about helping people feel confident, empowering professionals through education, and creating meaningful impact through the brands and businesses I represent.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I must admit that by the time I was on my second year as a esthetician working in Los Angeles , I decided to moved to Philadelphia , New Jersey , New York area to try something new and do different trainings and enhance my skills . It was a bit hard the adjustment and changes I had to make

As a Master Esthetician, I specialize in advanced, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve healthy, radiant skin while boosting their confidence and overall well-being. I am known for my personalized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to educating clients throughout their skincare journey. What I am most proud of is the trust I build with my clients and the positive impact I have on their confidence and self-esteem. What sets me apart is my ability to combine advanced esthetic expertise with compassionate, individualized care to deliver exceptional results and a truly elevated client experience.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I believe that both luck and hard work have played important roles in my life and career. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work as an international trainer for a high-end skincare company, which allowed me to travel, connect with, and learn from talented estheticians from around the world. Exposure to different techniques, perspectives, and approaches to skincare gave me a unique advantage and helped shape the esthetician I am today.
While I consider those experiences a blessing, I also believe that success comes from embracing opportunities with dedication, passion, and a commitment to continuous growth. Today, I am proud to be part of Flawless by Melissa, where I have the privilege of combining my international experience and expertise to help clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin and feel confident in themselves. Looking back, what may have seemed like luck was often the result of being prepared, remaining open to learning, and making the most of every opportunity that came my way.
