Hello Dear Friends! I am a real estate professional specializing in Miami Luxury Waterfront Properties. My luxury 5-star hospitality background has brought me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to customer service relationship management. I was previously a Manager at the prestigious St. Regis Bal Harbour and St. Regis Bora Bora, specializing in Guest Services, I cater to the luxury clientele and hold a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
I have been living in Miami for the past 18 years, allowing me extensive waterfront market knowledge including non-waterfront. My international background enhances relationships by speaking multiple languages: French, Spanish & English.
To describe me in a few words, I would say my drive and attention to detail surpasses the norm in the industry. Along with my 5-star hospitality experience, you can always expect a professional, reliable, and precise work ethic.
With my experience, I focus a lot of my time on the gorgeous St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences! These residences are absolutely spectacular and offer many exquisite amenities that residents can benefit from in the hotel. Of course, being located directly in front of the Bal Harbour Shops has its perks too! But we specialize in all luxury waterfront properties and have some pretty amazing listings for sale and for rent!
I am currently at BRG International Realty, a luxury real estate firm in Miami Beach. I am honored to say that I am part of the Matias Alem team. I am extremely fortunate to have my business partners Matias Alem and Sergio Ballinoti, but also my life mentor, Valerie Guadalpi, my mom! She has been a broker and real estate professional for the past 20 years. Every day, there is a new challenge, and having the support of my team and experience, nothing is too difficult to accomplish.
Building relationships with my clients is my number #1 priority. If they are happy, then I am happy! Going above and beyond is one of my strengths, and I strive to exceed expectations on a regular basis. If not, then what is the point? Clients are not looking for an ordinary real estate professional on their side, they want the best, and most of all, the best service. Am I right?!
I am proud and honored to be in this lucrative industry. The wonderful people I meet keep me going day after day, and making the impossible happen is part of my daily goals. Not only this but living in such a beautiful city definitely makes it easier. I mean, who doesn’t want a beautiful waterfront home in Miami?
I was born in Puerto Rico (didn’t spend much time there), and grew up in St. Maarten for eight years, then came to Miami. This is the best decision my parents could have ever made! I love to travel and discover new countries. I was just in Hong Kong this past month and visited mainland China. What an interesting experience!
My background is French, Italian and Dutch. And I love it! I have a dual citizenship French & American and am proud of it.
In my spare time, I love to cycle, for the past year, I have been obsessed with my Peleton bike. I have it at home and can’t stop cycling. My favorite instructor is Ally Love, Robin Arzon and Alex Toussaint. They really keep me going every day! For those of you who ride with me on the bike, you know what I am talking about!
I also love to travel to the Bahamas, the first island, Bimini is only two hours away by boat or a 45-minute seaplane ride. I love to spearfish and catch a fresh dinner for my family! I also love playing tennis, I have been playing for the past 18 years, maybe because I am French, and you are practically born with a racket in your hand. Haha!
One of my hidden talents is that I love to play the piano. Not many people know this about me, I have been playing since the age of eight. A good piece from Chopin or the amazing piano player Yann Tiersen will definitely relax me. If you remember the famous French movie, Amelie Poulain, all the songs in that movie are by Yann Tiersen, and they are so pretty! My favorite piece to play is “Comptine d’un autre ete.” This song is beyond beautiful. Check it out on YouTube! 🙂
I also have a love for fashion, I have been modeling since the age of 15 and have had the honor of walking in some of the highest renown fashion designers such as Roberto Cavalli, Ferragamo, Versace, Saks Fifth Avenue. I have worked with clients such as Sandals Resorts in Jamaica and shot a campaign for the grand slam tennis and golf division for Perry Ellis. This experience has allowed me to work with amazing people! I have worked with Venue Magazine, been on the cover of Vanidades Magazine along with many others!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Has it been a smooth road? Is any career a smooth road? Definitely not.
Every day has it’s a new set of challenges, and this is what makes it interesting! No client is the same and will have the same needs. It is important to me that I cater specifically to my client’s needs and wants.
I might run into a client that is looking for a particular type of kitchen, meanwhile, another client might not even pay attention to the kitchen and need a grandmaster closet!
Buying residential real estate is a very personal decision, and emotions are heavily involved. While a client can have a certain budget in mind, seeing the right apartment, the right house that matches their desires to the dot, can change their mind and fall in love!
This is what I love about what I do when I see the twinkle in my clients’ eyes, I know that I have achieved my goal. Now, the next step is ensuring a smooth transition and ironing out any wrinkles that may occur.
My biggest strength is that I never say no, this word is not in my vocabulary, and I make things happen for my clients! I have earned their trust this way, and have the honor of working with them again and again.
What is my advice for other women who are just starting their journey? Persistence my friends. Do not give up. The beginning will always be tough to get you on your feet. Consistency and constantly pushing yourself to be greater and more challenged is the only way to succeed. It also helps to be part of a team, surround yourself with greatness and you will obtain the support you need to start off your career!

My mom! Hands down! If you have a person close to you that is successful in any career, take their advice! You will need it! 🙂
