Hi Zubeda, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I began my career in banking, starting as a part-time teller and eventually becoming a licensed banker, helping clients with mutual funds and annuities. During the 2007–2008 financial crisis, as the market shifted and major financial institutions began downsizing, I decided it was the right time to step back and focus on my growing family—I had just welcomed twins at the time.
When I was ready to return to work, I knew I wanted a career that offered both flexibility and genuine connection with people. As a banker, I often felt pressured to sell products whether or not they truly met a client’s needs, and that experience inspired me to find a profession where I could put people first. Real estate became the perfect fit—it allowed me to guide families toward their goals while maintaining a healthy balance with my own family life.
I started from the ground up, making phone calls, connecting with people I knew, and even going door-to-door. Over time, those efforts turned into a thriving business built on trust, relationships, and service. Today, I’m grateful to help families build wealth through real estate—a form of investment I truly believe in.
As an empty nester now, I find so much joy in helping others through different seasons of life—whether it’s young families growing their roots or parents ready to simplify and start a new chapter. For me, it’s not just about transactions; it’s about helping people achieve their dreams and making lifelong connections along the way.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has helped shape who I am today. When I first transitioned from banking to real estate, it was a completely new world—I had to rebuild my network, learn the market, and prove myself all over again. Starting out with no sales background in real estate meant lots of long days, door knocking, and hearing “no” more times than I could count.
Balancing a growing business with raising four kids was another challenge, but it taught me discipline, patience, and the value of time management. I was fortunate to have my husband’s unwavering support through it all—he’s been my biggest encourager and partner every step of the way. The challenges only made me love this business more and pushed me to stick it out. They’ve made the journey more rewarding and the ride even more exciting.

I’m a Realtor based in Pembroke Pines, proudly serving South Florida families with a focus on personalized service and genuine relationships. My business is built on trust, integrity, and a deep understanding that real estate is not just about buying or selling homes — it’s about guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
I specialize in residential real estate and work closely with families at all stages — from first-time homebuyers to those ready to downsize or invest. What sets me apart is my relationship-driven approach. I take the time to truly understand each client’s goals and treat every transaction as if it were my own.
I’m most proud that my brand reflects warmth, professionalism, and community connection. Many of my clients become lifelong friends, and that’s what I value most. My goal is for every person I work with to feel informed, cared for, and confident — knowing they have someone in their corner who genuinely wants the best for them and their family.

I’m really looking forward to continuing to grow my business while strengthening my roots right here in Pembroke Pines and Miramar. This community means so much to me, and I want to keep building lasting relationships with families who live and work here.
My goal is to help more people achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate while expanding my brand presence through community involvement and educational content that empowers buyers and sellers to make confident decisions.
