Community Highlights: Meet Tiffany Hamilton CHHP of Living Foods Holistics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Hamilton CHHP.

Hi Tiffany , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into holistic wellness and plant-based healing actually started long before I had the language for it. My personal struggle with debilitating migraines and watching people I love struggle with chronic health issues, stress, and food habits that weren’t supporting their bodies. I also grew up in an entrepreneurial family my mother was a seamstress with her own shop, and my father owned a car wash so building something from the ground up was in my DNA.

For years, I worked in corporate and retail management, developing teams and running operations, but I never felt spiritually aligned until I began studying plant-based nutrition, herbal medicine, and psychological food coaching. During my own healing journey, I realized how deeply food affects the mind, the hormones, and the emotional body especially in Black and Brown communities where access and education are limited.

Living Foods was born from that revelation. It started simply: sharing plant-based meals, helping people balance their hormones, making sea moss, and giving nutritional guidance. Over time it grew into a full ecosystem holistic consultations, color therapy, sound therapy, the Living Studio, the Holistic Hotline, community meal deliveries, and wellness classes. My goal has always been the same: make wellness accessible, approachable, and rooted in real living foods.

Today, I’m a certified holistic practitioner, psychology food coach, and founder of a growing movement. Everything I offer is designed to help people reset their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and see that healing doesn’t have to be complicated it just has to be intentional. My story is still unfolding, but the mission remains the same: healing our community through food, sound, knowledge, and love.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road definitely hasn’t been smooth. In fact, most of what I’ve built grew out of challenges that forced me to either break down or level up. One of my biggest struggles was learning how to run a business while also navigating my own healing. I deal with hearing loss, and for a long time I didn’t understand how overstimulation, noise sensitivity, and stress were affecting my body. Instead of slowing down, I kept pushing until my body made me pay attention.

Another challenge was stepping into an industry where people assume wellness has to look a certain way. I don’t fit the stereotype, and neither do the communities I serve. I had to create my own lane, my own approach, and my own language around holistic health that feels real, relatable, and culturally aware.

Financially and operationally, like any true entrepreneur, I’ve had seasons where I was feeding a whole community while barely keeping things together behind the scenes. I’ve built programs, torn them down, rebuilt them better, and kept going even when no one understood the vision yet. There were moments I questioned myself, moments I felt alone, and moments where I had to choose purpose over comfort.

But every struggle sharpened me. Every obstacle pushed me closer to the version of myself who could actually carry this calling. And now I can look back and say: the road wasn’t smooth, but it made me strong, focused, and committed to the work I do today. My journey is proof that healing and purpose can grow out of pressure and that’s exactly why I show up for others the way I do.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Living Foods is a holistic wellness brand that focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit through plant-based nutrition, sound therapy, color therapy, and psychological food coaching. We specialize in helping people reset their health from the inside out physically, emotionally, and energetically using natural, accessible tools.

What we’re known for is our culturally rooted, science supported approach to wellness. I work heavily with Black and Brown communities, people dealing with hormonal imbalances, emotional eating, inflammation, chronic fatigue, and those who simply want to live a cleaner lifestyle. My services include holistic consultations, sound baths, color therapy, the Living Foods Holistic Hotline, healing kits, meal prep, specialty grocery ordering, and wellness classes inside The Virtual Living Studio.

What sets us apart is the way we combine healing foods emotional support sensory therapy into one experience. I don’t just tell people what to eat I help them understand why their body reacts the way it does, how their emotions connect to their appetite, and how tools like color therapy, breathwork, and sound frequency can calm the nervous system so their body can actually heal. Living Foods isn’t just a business. It’s a movement rooted in connection, culture, and compassion.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that everything is built with intention and accessibility. Whether someone books a sound bath, joins the hotline, needs help with hormonal balance, or orders a living foods meal, they’re getting support from a practitioner who understands them, sees them, and has walked through the journey herself.

What I want readers to know is that Living Foods is here to make wellness simple, affordable, and real. Healing isn’t about perfection it’s about daily practices that nourish your hormones, your emotions, and your spirit. My mission is to show people that they don’t have to choose between their health and their lifestyle. With the right guidance, they can have both and they can thrive.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something that surprises a lot of people is that I’m 50% deaf in both ears. Most people don’t notice it because I’ve learned how to navigate the world so well, but living with hearing loss shaped a big part of who I am and how I show up in my work. It’s actually one of the reasons I fell in love with sound therapy I understand sound not just as something you hear, but as something you feel.

People also don’t realize how deeply introverted I am. I pour into the community, I host classes, I guide people through healing sessions, and I run multiple branches under the Living Foods brand but at my core, I’m someone who listens, observes, and connects quietly. That’s why my work focuses on creating calm, grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves.

Many are also surprised that Living Foods started with me simply trying to heal myself. I didn’t plan to build a wellness brand, a hotline, a studio, or a full ecosystem. I just wanted to understand my own body, my hormones, my emotions, and my relationship with food. The mission grew organically as I saw how much the community needed the same knowledge.

So the surprising thing is, my greatest challenges became my greatest offerings. The hearing loss, the sensitivity to sound, the health struggles, the quiet nature all of it shaped the brand people know today.
