Today we’d like to introduce you to Terry Lynch
Hi Terry , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Where do I start a little bit about me obviously growing up you know in a small town and Toomsuba Mississippi. You know it was not a lot of opportunity, but the best opportunity was to leave town and go do something with yourself. Otherwise stay where you are just work and be at peace where you are in life and never really get the the opportunity to see a lot of things, but I took up a liking to sports. I was always athletic and sports was like the main thing and I knew if I played sports, I’d have the opportunity to make it out of there so football became my main thing so started playing made it all the way up to semi pro had a couple options to play some professional ball as well but obviously didn’t pan out so that ended up being just a dream So at that point I needed to find a job. You know my dreams of being NFL player wasn’t gonna happen so I got a job in corporate America you know work my way up traditional way and stayed with the company for 6 1/2 years and I was up for a promotion and got passed over and they wanted me to train the guy they brought in who was only at the company for two years, that was not going to work for me so that became very frustrating for me. Things wasn’t going well financially or credit wise either also got down to my last dollar so one day leaving my job and I stopped at a gas station and saw a card and it spoke about getting back on track financially and having that stability while getting your credit up to par so I took the card and the guy that actually was behind that card became one of my mentors and help me change the way I thought about things. So an opportunity came about for me to get into sales and marketing and it was paying only 100% commission never had skills and I kind of talk to my mentor at the time and he just he just told me I should go for it but I wasn’t sure because it’s just 100% commission he was like well what are you afraid of? He said if you feel like you’re worth it then prove it, so I took that and obviously I’ve been in an industry since 2010 running my business now it’s 2024 and are continuing to grow as an entrepreneur in sales and marketing working these fortune 100/500 companies telecommunication industry.
Being entrepreneur has helped me branch out into a lot of other things as well so we are ending 2024 well and looking to grow bigger in 2025 just looking to spread opportunities for anybody that we come in contact with. I feel like if a guy from a small town and Mississippi can grow up and make it out of Mississippi and do some pretty cool things with myself I think anyone can so we’re super excited about what we’ve been doing and we looking to continue to grow in the Florida area you know like we did in Atlanta so now we’re gonna do it here. We are looking for those people that would love to work with us and we feel like that they want to grow vertically in take on the challenges but expect the reward to be great at the end so that’s my story. I’m excited about the present and look forward to a much more exciting future.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it has not been a smooth road. Most of the challenge comes from love ones that doubts you have the ability to get it done, mental hurdles from time to time questioning yourself, not accepting failure as an option
