Hi Shirana & Shareen, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Our journey started when we were in college-going on cruises, visiting islands, and taking a vacation with friends for a week or two here and there just for a getaway. We enjoyed every second of it! Our passion for blogging started after we went to Thailand and needed a place to document our experience and showcase our pictures.
It initially started as a travel diary. We explored other countries, enjoyed our time there, and made many friends along the way. We made a few mistakes along the way, but we made sure to make the best of every situation we’d encounter. After a few blunders, we began sharing our stories after visiting various locations.
After sharing our stories, people would approach us to ask for tips and for pictures, which is why we wanted a platform to show others all of our adventures. Inspired by our travels, people started asking us to plan their trips!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Many of the struggles we faced were trying to have everything perfect before we launched and comparing ourselves and our achievements with other bloggers/travel agents, which was sometimes a bit disheartening.
Other times we would lose motivation or feel like our content was not good enough to create real success.
Eventually, we just took a step back and realized that we were part of our journey and to focus on our own goals and achievements, and with this change in perspective, we began to see much more success!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
What sets us apart from others is providing clients with two different perspectives when it comes to travel planning and encouraging our clients to try new things.
We travel the world, blog about our experiences, and either create travel itineraries or coordinate travel plans. We offer several options to each category; for example, for transportation, we estimate and search for taxi rides, uber, car rental, personal drivers, and more with prices included.
We even add suggestions for activities or places we would like, non-touristy sights to visit, or things they may want to do
