Community Highlights: Meet Savannah McClendon of The Spoiled Rotten Club

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah McClendon.

Hi Savannah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always loved bringing people together and creating things that feel meaningful. I’m currently a communications student building a career in public relations and branding, while also growing my own agency, Multifaceted Media.

The Spoiled Rotten Club started from something personal, my two dogs. They’re my world, and through them I realized how many women are just like me. We love our dogs, but we’re also looking for real connection.

I wanted to create a space where women could show up, feel comfortable, and actually connect, not just attend something and leave. What started as a simple idea has turned into a growing community, and seeing people come alone and leave with new friendships has been the most rewarding part.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been building something from the ground up while still figuring things out myself, balancing school, work, and growing a brand at the same time.

There have also been moments of doubt, wondering if people would actually show up or connect with the idea. But I think that’s part of the process. It pushed me to be more intentional, more consistent, and really trust what I’m building.

Every challenge has helped me grow, and it’s made seeing the community come together even more rewarding.

We’ve been impressed with The Spoiled Rotten Club, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Spoiled Rotten Club is a community centered around connection for women who love their dogs. We host curated events and experiences that bring people together in a way that feels natural, welcoming, and intentional.

What sets us apart is the focus on real connection. It’s not just about showing up with your dog, it’s about creating an environment where people feel comfortable enough to meet, talk, and actually build friendships. Every event is designed with that in mind, from the setting to the overall experience.

What I’m most proud of is the energy and the community that’s forming. People come alone and leave with new connections, and that’s always been the goal. The Spoiled Rotten Club is continuing to grow, and I want it to be known as a space people genuinely feel a part of.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I would say intentionality. Everything I do with The Spoiled Rotten Club is very thought out, from the type of events to the environment I’m creating. I’m always thinking about how people will feel when they show up and how to make it as comfortable and genuine as possible.

I also think consistency plays a big role. Even when things are still growing, showing up, staying committed, and continuing to build has been important.

Those two things together have really helped me create something that people can connect to and want to be a part of.
