Hi Sandra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and purpose. I started in real estate because I wanted to create a better future for my family while helping others do the same through homeownership and housing stability. Like many entrepreneurs, I balanced working a full-time job while building my business from the ground up, learning how to stay consistent even during challenging seasons.
As a mother, especially raising a child with autism and ADHD, my perspective on life and business changed deeply. It taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of creating safe and supportive spaces for families. That experience made me more intentional in the way I connect with clients because I understand that finding a home is more than just a transaction — it’s emotional, personal, and life-changing.
Over time, I’ve continued growing my brand as a Realtor in South Florida while also using my platform to encourage other mothers, entrepreneurs, and families navigating real-life challenges. Today, I’m proud to be building a business centered around trust, community, and helping people feel seen, supported, and confident during one of the biggest moments of their lives.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most journeys in entrepreneurship, it definitely has not been a completely smooth road. One of my biggest challenges has been balancing multiple responsibilities at once — being a wife, mother, working a full-time job, building my real estate business, and advocating for my child with autism and ADHD. There were times I felt overwhelmed trying to give my best to everything and everyone around me.
Another challenge was building confidence in myself while growing in such a competitive industry. Real estate requires consistency, networking, and showing up even during seasons when things feel slow or uncertain. I had to learn how to stay motivated, trust the process, and keep pushing forward even when results didn’t happen overnight.
Personally, raising a child with special needs also came with emotional challenges that shaped me deeply. It taught me resilience, patience, and empathy in ways I never expected. While those experiences weren’t always easy, they helped me grow into a stronger woman, wife, mother, and business professional.
Looking back, every obstacle helped shape the person I am today. It made me more compassionate, more driven, and more intentional about creating a life and business that truly impacts others.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that success is a journey, not a destination. There have been seasons when things didn’t go as planned, and I questioned whether I was making progress. But I’ve learned that every challenge has a purpose and every setback is an opportunity to grow.
I’ve also learned that you don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward. Consistency, resilience, and a willingness to learn will take you farther than perfection ever could.
Most importantly, I’ve learned to trust God’s timing instead of my own. My faith has taught me that even when I can’t see the bigger picture, God is still working behind the scenes. That perspective has given me peace, strengthened my confidence, and reminded me to stay faithful, keep serving others, and never give up on the vision He has placed in my heart.
