I was born with hustle in my veins. My parents migrated from Cuba, and I came into the world in Miami’s vibrant 80s — a time when the Magic City was debuting to the world. For me, those years were a childhood Miami dream: energy, culture, and ambition everywhere you turned. I came into this world in a gold crib, surrounded by luxury, but when it was all gone, it could have easily made me bitter. Instead, the values my parents instilled in me humbled me, grounded me, and shaped the way I live and lead today.
From a young age, I understood two things: nothing in life is guaranteed, and happiness multiplies when you share it. I’ve never been in competition with anyone — I’m fulfilled in my own lane. What drives me is simple: I love seeing people smile, I love creating moments of joy. If everyone could see life through my lens, the world would feel lighter, kinder, and more connected.
That belief is at the heart of Roxy Concierge, my boutique global concierge brand. Through it, I get to design unforgettable experiences across three worlds that define me:
1. Global Travel Experiences – Curated group journeys, cultural immersions, retreats, and destination celebrations. From Japan’s cherry blossoms to the beaches of the Dominican Republic, I bring people closer to the world and to each other.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has not been smooth, and truthfully, I am still in the middle of it. Building a brand like Roxy Concierge has meant navigating uncertainty, long nights, and sacrifices that many will never see. There have been times without guidance, moments of doubt, and the sting of being misunderstood. I’ve even experienced betrayal by people I once trusted — but instead of letting it break me, I let it build me.
I fall, I learn, and I rise again. Each setback has forced me to sharpen my vision, strengthen my resilience, and carve out my own path. I’m still fighting, still breaking night, still holding onto my dream — because I know one day it will stand in its full reality.
For me, struggles aren’t signs to stop — they’re stepping stones. Every obstacle is shaping me into the leader I’m becoming and laying the foundation for Roxy Concierge to grow into everything I believe it can be. I may still be in the journey, but I know where I’m going. And I won’t stop until I get there.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something surprising is that, for all the luxury experiences I create, I actually come from very humble beginnings. I was born into Miami’s vibrant 80s era, but when that luxury lifestyle I knew disappeared, it grounded me. That contrast taught me to love both the simplicity of life and the magic of big experiences and that’s why I can connect with people on every level, from local families to global executives.
And while most people know me as a global concierge, what they might not expect is how much I love simple joys like fishing and sipping good tequila. For me, it’s about balance — I can host a luxury yacht party in Miami one weekend and just as happily sit by the water with a fishing pole the next. That’s the duality of who I am and what inspires Roxy Concierge: celebrating both the extraordinary and the beautifully simple.
