Today we’d like to introduce you to Rocio Sabido.
Hi Rocio, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As an entrepreneur, my dream was to create my own employment staffing agency.
I’m 29 years old, born in Cuba on November 23, 1991 and live in Miami, Florida.
As an entrepreneur, I have created different companies and have been successful, but my long-term dream was to create my own employment staffing agency where I can help people find their dream job and help companies find the right candidate for them.
As a mom of three, this dream was postponed until now!
With the support of my husband, family and friends, I was determined.
I decided to create my staffing agency a few months ago. I decided this would be the perfect time as we have a shortage in staff all around and this was the time.
I did not know how to start and was scared to fail but I knew I had support and people that believed in me.
I have over five years of recruiting experience in different industries and have gain knowledge during the years that would help me be successful when creating my business.
Within one month of launching (Creative Staffing Solutions) we received multiple contracts and one being a known restaurant Miller’s Ale House with over 90 locations nationwide.
As a small business, we were excited to have received the trust and support of these companies in trusting us to help them get staffed.
Within two months, I had my husband join me as the president of the company and multiple recruiters working for us and helping staff.
We were able to staff multiple locations to 100% with over 30 hires a month and continue helping multiple companies succeed. We were able to find jobs for these candidates and we were able to help companies run back to normal and give them back time to managers as they now had employees and did not have to work multiples positions at a time.
My small business started growing per day based on our performance. We were now being referred and are the company to go to when needing help getting staffed. We keep growing day by day and our goal and dream is to take this worldwide.
What I can say to someone who is thinking of creating their own business but is scared to fail or don’t know how to start, I would say just go for it! Don’t question it and take that first step everything else will fall in place.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I believe it’s always exciting to start a new business venture, the challenges that come along the way help strengthen the business as long as the foundation and structure was set up properly. In my case, I have a good support network that has helped me manage the tough times. The biggest obstacle we faced as a staffing agency early on was the current shortage of candidates in the marketplace. Through trial and error and different approaches to the job board algorithms, I believe we have dialed in a strategy that provides consistent results for our clients.
We’ve been impressed with Creative Staffing Solutions, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in finding the right candidates for employers and finding the right position for candidates that are looking for work and looking to better them self’s.
We are a company that works remote and can work worldwide. We help candidates from any state find their perfect job.
What makes us different from other staffing agency’s is that we give dedication to each company in finding their perfect candidates. We handpick each individual based on their experience that would qualify them for the position.
We love what we do and we are proud we can help companies stay open because we were able to get them fully staffed and we are able to give jobs to people who are in need of work.
We offer great services to our partners working alongside with them, keeping them updated and making sure we perform based on hiring needs. We have been able to change peoples life’s by finding them work. And that is why we have companies coming to us for help and candidates coming to us for work.
