Today we’d like to introduce you to Regina Silva.
Regina , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
The story begins in 2018 when I was living in LA after graduating UCLA, pursuing acting and a million side hustle jobs when I fell into a bit of a depression. Everything changed when one day I received an intuitive hit, a nudge from God to shake things up. The instructions were very clear, go to Southeast Asia on a backpacking trip with no plans. At the time, this felt absurd, given I was one to always plan and know exactly where I was going. It turned into a 5 month adventure, my version of eat pray love you could say, one where I became a certified yoga teacher, started meditating for hours a day, I cured my depression, had conversations with monks, roamed the cities of Thailand and Indonesia. In this life changing experience, I started to naturally share what I was going through online, I had a knack for it. I started life coaching people on how they too could change their lives and I was pretty good at it. Then in 2020 I noticed a gap in the coaching market, where no one was really teaching business through a spiritual lens, so I decided to become it. I birthed the beginning of my online education company and things started to take off. My business quickly hit its first 6 figures, and then in 2021 I got introduced to Ayahuasca with the Yawanawa Indigenous tribe of Brazil. This experience completely changed everything for me. It opened up my consciousness to healing and creativity. Through these experiences I knew I needed to specifically teach on the concept of a new paradigm humanity is entering – New Earth. Not a physical place, but a perspective shift, one where people can fully embody Leadership, true wealth (not just oney) and IMPACT – being of service to others. Since then I have hosted various retreats in the Amazon to bring people to experience Yawanawa culture, as well as other entrepreneurial retreats all across the globe, the business has scaled to $1.5M and a team of 7, and I have helped change the trajectory of thousands of spiritual entrepreneurs.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all, I’ve faced my biggest obstacle – my SELF soooo many times. It was so hard having to overcome my limiting beliefs, my inner critic, my traumas and shadows. I suffered from body dysmorphia, anxiety, low self esteem. In being an entrepreneur I’ve also struggled with burn out and getting caught in the wrong things and forgetting what this whole journey is really about. I’m grateful for the challenges, in fact, I always talk about how my business is my biggest mirror, gifting me opportunities to heal the limitations that would exist whether I was an entrepreneur or not.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
This is an online education company with in person global retreats serving coaches, healers, and guides. Think of it as a spiritual business school for the aspiring leaders & healers of the world. I really specialize in teaching these entrepreneurs systems while keeping it grounded in spirituality. I teach them how to build their businesses in alignment with their greater mission and purpose in this world, with heart and soul. My 5 part system that I help businesses install include Energetics (meaning their connection to their self, identity, subconscious), Offer (creating offers that serve others), Marketing (organic social media marketing and building a global brand), SALES (how to sell without being sleazy) and Efficiency (how to make the most of their time & energy). What sets me apart is how easy we map out the blueprint for our entrepreneurs to scale their business while remaining soul aligned. I am super proud to know how many career and life trajectories this business has changed for so many incredible leaders all across the world. I want readers to know that if they are a coach, healer, or guide, the path to scaling really gets to be easeful, fun and rewarding!
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Traveling with my family. My mom’s from Portugal, dad is from Brazil, I have 2 older siblings, my sister and brother, and we would multiple times per year either go to Portugal or Brazil to visit family and it was always fun to see them since we were the only ones who lived in the United States. We would go to the beach, sip coconuts, play soccer, it was magical.
