Community Highlights: Meet Lucas Cajucom of Curated by Lucas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lucas Cajucom.

Lucas Cajucom

Hi Lucas, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My career has always centered on service. From the discipline I gained in the U.S. Army to my years in health care, hospitality, fitness, and real estate, every step has been about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. That through-line of service is what ultimately led to the creation of Curated by Lucas.

In 2014 I earned my yoga certification, which deepened my understanding of balance, purpose, and human connection. That experience inspired me to merge wellness with travel and lifestyle design — fields that allow me to curate meaningful experiences that enhance how people live and connect with the world.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building a brand that spans travel, design, and real estate has meant navigating constant evolution. The greatest challenge was structuring a business that nurtures creativity while remaining scalable.

Another learning curve has been balancing vision with execution — turning ideas that bridge industries into clear, repeatable models. We’re now in discussions with prominent keynote speakers to bring educational and entertainment components to future wellness cruises, which continues to refine how I integrate multiple disciplines under one cohesive mission.

Each challenge has reinforced an important lesson: growth happens at the intersection of risk and innovation.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Curated by Lucas is where travel, wellness, and design intersect. It’s a brand built around the idea that experiences — not possessions — are what truly shape who we are.

Professionally, I specialize in curated travel experiences that integrate wellness, education, and artistry. My focus is on developing transformative travel — journeys that restore, inspire, and connect people to a deeper sense of purpose. Through my collaboration with Windstar Cruises, I’ve helped expand their themed voyages by infusing each sailing with more depth, intention, and experiential storytelling.

I’m best known for bridging worlds that rarely meet — blending the precision of travel logistics with the creativity of lifestyle design and the emotional intelligence of wellness. Rather than selling trips, I curate experiences that align with how people aspire to live.

This December marks an exciting milestone: Vishen Lakhiani, founder of Mindvalley, will host his first-ever 6 Phase Meditation and 2026 vision-setting voyage aboard Windstar’s Star Legend, sailing December 13–20 from Málaga to Barcelona. This sailing represents the next evolution of wellness travel — combining education, transformation, and entertainment at sea. Guests will have the opportunity to learn from one of the world’s leading voices in personal growth while experiencing Windstar’s signature luxury and intimacy. It’s a partnership that reinforces Windstar’s position as a leader in the emerging category of Wellness Cruising.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that Curated by Lucas is helping to redefine what luxury means — not just comfort or status, but conscious connection. From the Mind, Body & Spirit voyages with author and host Debbie Dixon to our Masterpieces at Sea artist programs with Fountainhead Arts, every offering is designed to spark transformation and creativity.

For readers, I want them to know that Curated by Lucas is more than a travel agency — it’s a movement toward intentional living. Whether through a wellness cruise, an art-at-sea voyage, or a design-focused lifestyle experience, the goal is always the same: to create moments that are 180 degrees from ordinary.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is creating meaningful impact through experiences that connect people to themselves and the world around them. Every project I take on — whether it’s curating a wellness voyage, designing an artistic collaboration, or helping someone find their dream home — is rooted in service.

I believe true fulfillment comes from alignment: when your purpose, passion, and work all move in the same direction. For me, that means using travel, design, and wellness as tools for transformation — helping others rediscover balance, creativity, and clarity through intentional experiences.

In a world that often moves too fast, I value depth over speed, quality over quantity, and authenticity over image. What drives me is the opportunity to create spaces — whether at sea or on land — where people can pause, reconnect, and leave feeling changed in a positive way.
