Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Maitland
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m Jamie Maitland, and my journey into health and wellness began with my own personal experience of overcoming health challenges, which ignited my passion for fitness and holistic living. Raised in Fort Lauderdale, I co-founded the city’s first and largest indoor cycling studio in 2015, quickly gaining recognition for my high-energy coaching style and meticulous attention to detail. In 2019, I expanded my vision with The Office 954, a boutique fitness studio offering personalized group classes in an immersive nightclub atmosphere.
As my passion for holistic nutrition grew, I created The 21 Day Reset, a successful wellness program that later became The 21 Day Reset Cookbook, helping people achieve better health through mindful eating and living. In 2021, I launched The Office Health, a wellness brand that combines organic foods, premium supplements, holistic health coaching, and luxury retreats, with a mission to shift the way we think about wellness and empower people to live consciously. Featured in Forbes, Well + Good, and ABC News, I’m committed to building a brand that encourages sustainable well-being, promotes mental clarity, and fosters a culture of conscious living.
My approach to health is about more than just fitness or diet—it’s about creating a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. I truly believe that to change your life, you must first be willing to change your mind, and that mindset is the key to achieving optimal well-being.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has mostly been smooth, but there have definitely been a few challenges along the way. My first big project, co-founding the indoor cycling studio in Fort Lauderdale, had its share of hurdles—there was a lot to figure out, from the business side of things to learning how to navigate a new industry. It wasn’t always easy, and there were moments when I wasn’t sure if things would come together. But looking back, I can honestly say that struggle was one of the best things that could’ve happened to me. It pushed me to grow, learn, and become more resilient. If I hadn’t gone through that, I wouldn’t be where I am today. It really taught me the value of persistence and trusting the process, even when things aren’t going perfectly.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about The Office Health ?
At The Office Health, we’ve set out to do something truly different in the health and wellness space. We offer a unique line of high-quality, organic food products and supplements, all specifically designed to support gut health. What makes us stand out is that our products are free from lectins, gluten, added sugars, and any fillers or “natural flavorings.” We take pride in offering the only line that meets these rigorous standards, setting a new benchmark for quality and purity in the industry.
Our mission is simple: to be your trusted partner in health and wellness. We’re here to help you thrive, with a strong focus on cognitive health, which I believe is your most valuable asset. After all, as Jim Rohn said, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
As the founder of The Office Health, I was inspired by my own health journey and the needs of my clients. Over the years, I realized there was a significant gap in the market for truly pure, high-quality products that genuinely supported health. Too many “organic” products were packed with inflammatory ingredients, additives, sugars like coconut sugar, and even “natural flavorings”—things that actually undermine their benefits. I personally struggled to find supplements and protein powders that were both effective and clean. The options available were either filled with unnecessary ingredients or lacked flavor and nutrients.
That’s when I decided to create a solution. With my background as a group fitness instructor, founder of The Office 954, and creator of The 21 Day Reset and The 21 Day Reset Cookbook, I saw firsthand how much people needed personalized health solutions. I wanted to bridge that gap by offering not just products, but comprehensive wellness support. As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, Holistic Nutritionist specializing in Advanced Gut Health, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from IIN, I bring a blend of knowledge and passion to everything I do.
To me, health and wellness is about so much more than just fitness and food. It’s a multidimensional journey, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
To me, success isn’t about hitting a specific goal or having external achievements—it’s more about finding balance, peace, and contentment within yourself. As a holistic nutritionist, I truly believe that success starts with the power of your mind. The way we think, the choices we make, and how we approach life all play a huge role in shaping our well-being. Success is when you’re able to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a way that feels good to you—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. It’s about being present, making choices that align with who you are, and growing in a way that feels true to yourself.
For me, success is a mix of self-awareness, self-care, and creating a life that feels fulfilling and sustainable. It’s about thriving in a way that’s in sync with your values, and recognizing that your mindset is a powerful tool in shaping your reality. #liveconsciously
