Community Highlights: Meet Isermite Melus of Grace F Cleaning, Inc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isermite Melus.

Hi Isermite, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started Grace F Cleaning in 2013 as a single mother looking for a way to provide for my family and build something of my own without having to depend on others. Coming from Haiti, I always had a strong desire to own a business and create opportunities for myself.

In the beginning, I reached out to friends and family to understand the needs people had when it came to cleaning services. From there, I began offering my services to people I knew, helping wherever I could while learning and growing along the way.

As time went on, I became more intentional about expanding. I created flyers and drove through different communities and cities, handing them out to gain traction and build a client base. I also connected with rental companies and property managers, offering my services to grow my reach even further.

Maintaining a business hasn’t always been easy, but through hard work, consistency, and the grace of God, I’ve been able to keep going and continue building. I focus on maintaining strong, professional relationships with each client by providing top-quality service with integrity. My goal has always been to deliver excellent cleaning services that keep clients coming back and trusting Grace F Cleaning again and again.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road at all. Keeping a steady group of clients can be hard, especially with how much the economy changes. Sometimes even long-time clients have to stop services because of their own financial situations or things going on in their lives.

Finding new clients can also be a challenge. The way everything is now, a lot of business happens online, and I’m not the most tech-savvy, so that’s been something I’ve had to work through while trying to grow.

But I always believe that every obstacle has a solution. I’ve learned to take things one day at a time, keep pushing, and keep learning. I’m always working on improving myself and building my skills so I can continue growing Grace F Cleaning and keep things moving forward.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Grace F Cleaning, Inc. has been providing professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial spaces since 2013. We focus on delivering high quality cleaning that is tailored to each client’s specific needs, because we understand that no two homes or businesses are the same.

What really sets us apart is our attention to detail, consistency, and the care we put into every job. We do not just clean, we make sure each space feels refreshed, maintained, and taken care of. We take pride in being reliable and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

We specialize in deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, recurring or regular cleanings, commercial cleaning, property cleaning, and bulk trash removals. Our services are designed to help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments, whether it is a home, office, or rental property. We know how important a clean space is for both comfort and productivity, and we always aim to meet and exceed expectations.

As a brand, what I am most proud of is the integrity behind our work. Grace F Cleaning was built on hard work, trust, and consistency, and that shows in the service we provide. We truly care about our clients and the quality of what we deliver.

I want people to know that when they choose Grace F Cleaning, they are choosing a company that is dedicated, detail oriented, and committed to doing the job right every time.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Miami is the diversity. There are so many different cultures, and everything just blends in a really nice way. There is always something to do, whether it is trying new food, going to events, or just being out and about. It is a very lively city.

What I like least is definitely the traffic. It can get pretty crazy at times.
