Community Highlights: Meet Hadas Mizrahi of RSM US LLP

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hadas Mizrahi.

Hi Hadas, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I moved to Miami from Israel with my family when I was young, and growing up, I watched firsthand how my parents navigated challenges, built strong relationships, and created opportunities through hard work and a strong set of values.
That mindset has stayed with me and continues to shape how I lead today. I approach challenges with a focus on solutions, invest deeply in relationships, and prioritize creating opportunities for others, which has guided me throughout my career.
I started my career at a Big Four firm and later joined RSM with the opportunity to help build and scale the risk consulting practice. Over time, I progressed through the firm to become one of the youngest partners. That journey has been incredibly meaningful to me, not just as a milestone, but as a reflection of the mentors, teams, and opportunities that supported my path.
Today, I lead the risk consulting practice in South Florida and work with clients nationally and globally, supporting organizations ranging from middle market companies to Fortune 500s. My focus is on helping businesses approach risk in a practical, holistic way across operations, finance, and increasingly digital environments. I partner closely with leadership teams to solve complex challenges, whether that is driving growth, improving performance, navigating change, or supporting key milestones like preparing for the public markets.
I have had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries, and at the core of my approach is simplifying complexity by translating challenges into clear, actionable insight that helps leaders make confident decisions.
Beyond the work itself, I am deeply passionate about investing in people. Building strong, empowered teams and creating opportunities for others to grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. I am also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and serve on the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors, where I have been fortunate to give back to the profession.
Looking back, I am most proud of building a career focused not just on outcomes, but on impact, helping organizations perform at their best while also developing the people who make that possible.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I’ve learned that the most meaningful growth often comes from the moments that challenge you the most. As a woman in leadership, I’ve had to learn to use my voice with confidence, especially in environments where perspectives may differ. That isn’t always easy, but those experiences have been defining. They’ve shaped how I lead with authenticity, resilience, and a strong commitment to creating space for others to grow and be heard.
Looking back, those moments weren’t obstacles, they were pivotal in shaping both my career and the kind of leader I strive to be.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At RSM US LLP, we help organizations navigate complexity and move their businesses forward with clarity and confidence. As the fifth largest public accounting firm in the U.S., and sixth globally, we work with companies at pivotal moments, whether they’re scaling, preparing for what’s next, or navigating an increasingly complex business and digital environment.
What sets RSM apart is our ability to bring together deep technical expertise with a practical, business-first mindset. We support clients across a full range of needs, from consulting and digital transformation to audit and tax, always focused on delivering solutions that are actionable and tailored to their goals.
A key part of that is helping organizations think differently about challenges like risk, operations, and change. Rather than slowing businesses down, we help turn those moments into opportunities to operate smarter, move faster, and make better decisions.
Just as important is how we show up. We build strong, lasting relationships and work side-by-side with leadership teams, acting as true advisors and not just service providers. Our approach is highly collaborative and never one-size-fits-all.
What I’m most proud of is the culture behind our work. RSM invests deeply in its people, encourages innovation, and creates an environment where teams are empowered to make an impact. That culture directly translates into the partnership, quality and consistency of what we deliver to clients across South Florida, nationally, and globally.
At its core, our brand is about helping organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and the right support when it matters most.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is helping people grow and making a meaningful impact along the way.
I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who challenged me, supported me, and pushed me outside my comfort zone. That shaped not only my career, but how I show up as a leader today. I’m driven by delivering real impact for our clients, but equally by creating opportunities for others to step up, build confidence, and reach their potential. To me, success isn’t just about what you achieve, it’s about who you help along the way and the impact you leave behind.
