Hi Elle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
Conscious Brew has been an absolute labor of love. Always having the entrepreneurial spirit and big dreams, Conscious Brew launched out of a desire and drive to create and the will to innovate. A true lover of coffee, I saw a new concept being popularized in places like Australia and the West Coast – a mobile café using a vintage camper that can go anywhere. I loved it! And thought… “I can do that!” So, I took that concept and created a brand and a business that was like nothing seen before in South Florida.
Conscious Brew – a mobile café and bar for hire was born. It was through many beautifully aligned events and an incredible community that has gotten us to where we are today. Dialing into our brand voice and guiding pillars was where we started. An elevated beverage experience – organically focused, using the highest quality ingredients, and always ‘Creating Magic.’
Blessed with an early inheritance, I took that money and launched Conscious Brew. Found Lil’ Brewddha (our 1971 Shasta Camper) while randomly looking through OfferUp. Was introduced to our amazing builder from a fellow gym member. Landed different gigs through our dynamic network. This is only the beginning; we’re excited to see what lies ahead on this wild adventure.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Ask any entrepreneur and they’ll tell you the road to owning/operating a business is never a smooth one. But it’s one of the most fulfilling you can take.
We experienced common and not-so-common struggles. Going through two builders before finding the right fit. Two devastating hurricanes. The global shutdown. All while navigating business insurance, permits, taxes, sourcing vendors, menu testing, and so on.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Conscious Brew?
Conscious Brew is an eco-chic mobile beverage café and bar for hire, providing its community intentionally crafted beverages.
We use simple, high-quality ingredients with a focus on organic and fair trade. Taking an intentional and artisanal approach to everything we do, our small-batch cold brew, ice teas, and specialty drinks are made fresh in-house. Creating drinks that are not only absolutely yummy but also an accessible wellness experience for all. We’re rooted in ethical, empowering, and environmentally friendly business practices, making sure we give back and not just take away. All while offering an elevated beverage experience.
There is no event too big or too small… as we like to say, “it’s a choose-your-own adventure with Conscious Brew.” For our private events, we work with you on curating a menu as well as the overall vibe & aesthetic that meets your needs and budget. Corporates events, parties, weddings, fitness pop-ups… we do it all.

South Florida is a vibrant, cultural wonderland. Depending on where you go, you can be transported to a different time and place, it’s never a dull moment. Sunshine and beach views definitely top the list as well.
